Avoid this place if you are a POC. Had the fun adventure of getting profiled at the store. I was on the phone with a friend, or I'd have recorded the events. Was followed around the store by one employee that was a brown male who pretended to reorganize and sort bottles near me. The cashier up front, who was a brown female, stared at me the whole time. I called them out on their profiling behavior, and obviously, they deflected and lied as they didn't like being called out. Save your money and go to a BC liquor unless you get off on getting profiled.

Petty surprised to see the rating for this liquor store. We really love the beer selection there. They stock Storm Brewing. Staff have been fine when we have shopped there as well.

Worst liquor store around. I walk way out of my way to go to BC liquor. Rude entitled snooty staff, grumpy owner, more expensive prices then BC liquor who are friendly and don't ask for tips. Every single time I go in I regret it, and that's ONLY when BC liquor is closed and I'm desperate.

UPDATE: I see several people have had bad experiences here. I feel I should make it super clear thar in the many times I have shopped here, I have always been treated courteously and professionally and received knowledgeable advice when I have asked for it.Previous comments...We call this the "Rogers Video Liquor Store" because, back when it y was possible to rent videos from Rogers...Aaaaaaaaaanyway now it is a space much more interesting and useful - with a great selection of wine, beer, cider (including some awesome BC products) and a few "other things". Nice friendly helpful professional people, knowledgeable, patient. In general quite awesome. Go there, check it out, be well served and satisfied.
