Dr. Mustafa was very helpful in administering my covid 19 and flu vaccine even I arrived almost their closing time on October 18, 2024. I really appreciate his unselfish service.

I had a great experience here. I got both covid and flu shots and the staff is wonderful. I barely felt the needles at all. I'd definitely come back next year.

I asked for a prescription refill at 9:40am, couple hours later I was called by an employee asking me that I wanted to pick up from this pharmacy. We confirmed the pick up time and the employee said it would be ready when I will come at 5pm. I arrive at the time scheduled and after checking every boxes on the counter I am told that the medication is unavailable due to “low stock” and that I can come next day around 10 well 10:30am approximately. I ask how many pills are available and now I am told they have none so this low stock is empty (!). I tell them that they could have called me earlier so I could arrange the transfer to another pharmacy and still pick up on that day. I had to repeat it three times to barely get an excuse. I asked to get it transferred to London drugs and when I showed up to London drugs nothing had been transferred over. The lady had to call them to ask for the prescription to be sent and reminded them I had been waiting for the meds since 10am. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I run out of my blood pressure meds around July 4, next day I called your pharmacy to request a refill, but they said I had none. They offered to fax my doctor next door for an order. They never got back to me. I kept calling every 2 days and they said they were waiting for his answer. I requested emergengy pills for a week and they denied me. Yesterday JULY 18 I ended up in emergency due to my very high blood pressure. They gave me a prescription for 100 pills. My wife took the prescription there on the morning of JULY 19 at 10am, they told her it would take 30 minutes to an hour maximum. My wife went for a walk and came back to pharmacy at 11:30 and they told her they still needed 5 minutes to bottle them (that was said by Pharmacist MICHELLE), nobody was there but my wife and the pharmacy staff. After 15 minutes went by; my wife ,who is diabetic, asked to please just give her whatever was ready since it was taking almost an hour past the time they were supposedly ready. The Pharmacist Michelle angrily said to my wife; that is not true,it has ot been an hour and still made her wait 5 more minutes without a single apology nor a gram of compassion. Never before here we got treated so bad without a justifiable reason and not a single apology for the many mistakes under her time. Shame on her and please send her to customer service classes and also teach her how to be honest too.

Coming from Australia I forgot my medication, and was able to get in to see a GP who then was able to prescribe the medication I needed. Cost was reasonable and doctor was lovely!
