Ive been going here for years, probably since about 13 years old and im 20 now. I always use self checkout and this one older middle eastern lady told me I was stealing and was blatantly wrong. She hovered over me as I scanned my items and only focused on me. Showed her my recipet and everything was paid. Smh
Fastfoward to today, I get a bunch of groceries with my mother and she accuses me of stealing a bag this time. Shitty customer service all around.

I bought some pants last week and paid through the self check out. I was harassed by self check out selling the Walmart master card. She kept talking even though I said no. She distracted me and I could not here the sound from the self check out machine after the item scanned. I was sure that I scanned it. Then she said I did not scan the item. She should stand aside and let me finished scanning all the items. She then made excuses that the colour of the pants nice. I really don't like this lady. I believe she will get some commission from Walmart when someone applied the Walmart card.
I shopped the other day, the same lady selling the Walmart card again. This time, I told her that I don't speak English. Then she left me alone. I don't like Walmart staff so pushy selling these Walmart Master card.

Dishonest cashier lied and gave false info about their Walmart credit program even though we asked him multiple times about the terms before we agreed to get it. Manager did nothing to address the issue.

I wish google could have option to rate by employees. I was in this store couple weeks ago and was looking for quite a few things as I never been there. Most of the staff was not having clue of where products can be found and looks really frustrated for some reason which i totally don’t understand as you might have frustration with something but you can’t really bring that in front of customers. THEN, i met an amazing guy named Rishabh Joshi and he not only answered my questions with a smile and politeness but also apologised for the i experience had.

The staff stole something, they asked you for your pick-up pin number, and then came back to tell you that the package had been taken away by someone else.

This is by far my least liked walmart i've ever been to. I will literally drive an extra half hour to go a different location then this. Disorganized, bad stock options, crowded isles and just the general ambiance sucks.

BANNED for ever! Customer service is awful, I asked were things are and they have zero idea and make you go on circles, aparently there are items that is one per customer, which is fine, just label it! I had not one, but three people when I was scanning on how that chicken had to stay, told them sure, no problem and honest mistake, but oh no... the lady had to call 2 more and ignore me. I asked her to check if there was anything else in my car that was not supposed to be there but aparently fighting the chicken was more important. At the end I left like 300+ on groceris because their little chicken talk was just annoying and she was pestering me with their mastercard. I selected self checkout because I wanted peace and quiet and the only cashier looked very busy. I AM NOT coming back and well, train your people, yes, it was an honest mistake, but no...it was not acceptable making customer feel like a chicken robber or something and honestly 3 people?. If only I felt racially profiled, I was the only one with darker skin there and I was the only one being harassed, oh, but when I come with my white husband they leave us alone.
Ugh, never coming back, treat customers better Walmart!
