Had an issue that needed addressing quickly and these guys were efficient, friendly and helpful. Pricing was also way better than expected for the service required. If I was local to the area, I would go here regularly.

These guys helped us out when we needed our punctured tire repaired quickly. It was super short notice and they accommodated us without hesitation. Work was done quickly and everyone was courteous. Very reasonable pricing too! Will visit again for sure! Thank you!

Had to get my heater system fix on my minivan. Found this shop while googling for auto repair garage.Vital Auto had great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I brought my van in the morning. They identified the problem quicker than I anticipated and after giving them the ok to fix the issue. Repaired everything by about noon.Great experience all around!

Vital Auto took in my 93 Geo tracker for a driveshaft replacement, upon taking it in they discovered my front end was also on it’s last legs. They were nothing but great to deal with. They fixed my front end extensively that I’ve been putting off for some time, and installed the driveshaft. My car feels new and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart. I felt like I got good value for the amount of work done, and would take it there again in a heartbeat. Thanks everyone at Vital, y’all rule!

Really happy with the service here! My car battery died and they were able to fix it within a couple hours of calling them. They ordered a new battery and they came to where I had my car and changed the battery quickly. The price is very reasonable also. Would go here for my car repairs and maintenance.Service: Battery

Stopped by for out-of-province inspection. Passed an inspection, did an annual maintenance + fixed some of the issues we found during inspection. Guys communicate really well, always transparent upfront about timelines and prices, and even helped me to install my new BC plates after I got them.Really appreciate their help. These guys are absolute pros! Brought my Nissan Xtrail in for cooling fan/wiring issues just when it seemed no other mechanics could or wanted to fix/diagnose the problem, & they took it on.Alan explained everything in great detail and kept me informed every step of the way.I would definitely recommend Vital Auto as a reliable and honest auto shop.Five star service for sure!
