I had an amazing experience at Venus & Mars today. The customer service was top-notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The store was well-stocked and had beautiful fabrics for the men's vests. I couldn't decide, so I just bought it all. :) 10/10, will shop here again.

Cute little steampunk/goth/fantasy store! Originally we meant to go to a cafe right beside it which had unfortunately ceased operations. My partner and I came back the same day after peaking in as we were hungry and needed to eat first. Although it was 4 minutes past closing and they were training a new employee, they unlocked the door for us and were incurably helpful in offering styling tips to someone who doesn't usually dress in this aesthetic. 10/10 amazing small business service.

I had had a pleasant experience in the past but I received a gift from the shop recently and it unfortunately didn't fit. According to the measurements on the website, it should have fit with a little space to spare.As it turns out both myself and the gifter reached out to try and figure something out and we were met with silence.Their online customer service leaves much to be desired.

One of the last vestiges of the goth scene. The clothing is fantastic and well made. While a bit pricey the quality makes it worth it. The service was great. While I was focused primarily on the men's wear, there is also a variety of beautiful clothing for ladies. I definitely recommend shopping here.

What a lovely store and staff. My partner and I spent decent amount of time browsing the shop and picking and trying outfits. They are very clear about their process and let you know the likelihood of product restock of discontinuation.I hope people understand that small handmade shops of this kind are harder to come by these days, and cannot keep up with fast fashion stock.I suggest this store for those looking for quality alternative fashion made with care. The prices can be an investment, but the items will last me years to come I am sure.
