The best petstore in town! They have a huge range of pet supplies must mostly the staff are amazing and very welcoming, there’s one particular guy working there that’s so friendly and he’s able to assist me patiently.

We had a chance to dealt with Lucy about our pet George's clothing exchange experience at the store today, as the coat we got for him was a bit tight. What a great customer service from Lucy. She was patience, helpful and knowledge about the products. She really go out of her way to help us to get the products we needed. She lets George tried on other coats until we found the prefect one for George. Thank you again for all your help and patience. Much appreciated:)

Fantastic pet store and staff. My dog directs me to Vanpet and loves everyone who works there. They really care about whoever comes through the dog, are always super friendly and inviting all the time. Best store in Yaletown!
