Sale team were ok, but for the service department made me disappointed with the inattentive and careless service I have received. They will simply hanged up on you or put you on hold forever until you giving up. You may see from these reviews, shows that has no replied to any of the comments, that how careless they are.

Mr. Chen, the salesperson who speaks Chinese, promised to arrange repairs. However, we received no follow-up.
Since June, I have repeatedly contacted Mr. Chen, who claimed more time was needed due to stock issues. Despite numerous calls, he never responded proactively. Last week, he unexpectedly informed us to file an insurance claim ourselves.
This delay and lack of integrity are unacceptable. If we were to handle this, why wait five months to inform us? The issue remains unresolved, with Mr. Chen providing inconsistent information and avoiding responsibility.
I urge your company to address this matter promptly and uphold its reputation for integrity.

Visited this dealership since I was interested in upgrading our vehicle, Jocelyn was superb in assisting me and process was done flawlessly. Finance team is very transparent, I liked how they explain the details clearly and don't sugar coat with their words.

Bad experience. I have thought long time about doing this review, but having found no solution I must continue... Beware!!! Don't trust the offers you are given, especially if you are buying a used car. I bought a Honda Odyssey 2019 on the year 2021, everything was ok until water filtered inside during the summer season, on that occasion Honda Vancouver told it was because the filters were dirty. Supposedly they had inspected it and everything was working perfectly.
In ausgut 2024 they called me to offer me a new odyssey, lower mileage and in better condition. Supposedly it was a dream, cheaper, well inspected brakes, new tires and zero crash. I should have imagined it was perfect to be true? yes!!!
This car also leaks water, it did it when it was not raining, so it is not rainwater. I took it to another Honda dealer and they checked it out, they said it's factory defect with the air conditioner.
And I think Vancouver Honda knew it!!! Today My husband visited this dealer looking for a solution, there isn't. They say the car has no warranty and that I should know because it is a used and I have pay for the repair, and news error appears today ACC and RDM
I'm extremely disappointed whit Vancouver Honda service and felt the need to disclose my experience with them and a fee very disappointed whit the purchase. I trusted them and they took advantage of my trust.

To whom it may concern.
I have two horrible stories to state about this dealership. My first story occurred today with service/parts and the other one occurred with sales 2 years ago with the same dealership.
I wanted to replace a fuel pump on my accord because Honda had a massive recall. I booked my appointment one week advance after confirming that they had the part. I gave them my Vin number to make sure that the part fit my car. They called me the next day to say they do not have the part in a voicemail. I called them back to confirm that they did not have the part and they stated to me “We do have the part and we will be able to do it on Wednesday”. I said okay and got my mom to drop off at my car at 2:30pm to get the fuel pumped replaced. I got a call around 4:40pm that the fuel pump was unable to be replaced since they got the wrong part and had one for a civic and not the accord. When I arrived to the place, they did not have my car ready and I waited an additional 10 mins for my car. I witness the parking lot attendant to take 10 mins to reverse my car and park it while I watched from inside. I ask to speak to a manager and I was brushed off. I do not appreciate my time being wasted in moments like this. It is very important to effectively communicate to the customer what is going on. How did it take two hours to figure out that you had the wrong part for the car?
My second story is that I was looking to trade in my Honda Civic in 2022. The salesmen offered me a deal that I liked and I put in a deposit of $500 that they said they would refund if I change my mind. The salesmen disclose to me that he would offer me $25,000 for my car however, when it came to signing the paper, I realized that he was actually offering $23000 before tax savings. He did not explain to me the difference between tax savings and regular price. I am not a car guy and do not know how these things work when trading a vehicle. When I pulled out of the deal. They did not refund my $500. This was one of the most unethical ways of doing business in my opinion since they were not clear to me at the start. I did not write a review on this during that time since I thought this was initial one-off incident but sadly I was wrong.
I highly recommend that you avoid this dealership at all costs.

I recently purchased a new car, CRV Touring Hybrid, from Vancouver Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!
Jocelyn was my salesperson, and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. ETA was extremely accurate! My wife also was extremely satisfied as Jocelyn took the time to answer all the questions about “her” new vehicle ;)
The financing process was seamless, and Joanne ensured I understood all my options and made the process super easy for me.
Overall, I highly recommend Vancouver Honda team and especially Jocelyn, her manager Stefan and Joanne for anyone looking to buy a car in metro Vancouver.

Gursagar as an exceptional sales person. After filling out all the paper work and getting the new vehicle. He made sure before we left that our phones were paired to the vehicle. That we new what each feature was available and how to use it. They even allowed me to change colours of the vehicle before pick up.

I recently got a used Honda Odyssey from Vancouver Honda, and I gotta say, the whole experience was awesome. Dealing with Varun in Sales was great – he really went the extra mile to hook me up with the perfect car and a sweet deal. Varun totally got what I was looking for and kept me in the loop whenever they had a car that matched my needs. The entire staff of Vancouver Honda is super easy to work with, and I really liked how they handled everything.
