Bruh they’re so rude it almost feels like you’re at their mercy. My friend and I walked in with a trolly dolly as we were shopping around the area and wanted to check some of their stuff out. The lady sitting behind the counter called us potential thieves apparently because we had the bags with us. She could’ve just asked us to put it on the side but nah she had to insult us. I wonder how they make revenue when they hate customers walking in lol

Should of checked the receipt.Bought a small picture frame, got it home to see what happens when you quicky buy things here with your Mastercard.$65 dollars for picture frame.I was fooled.When you buy boxes of dticky fly traps, you will find they are short one in every box.Don't let this fraudulent Dollar Sore RIP you off

I asked the cashier about some items on the wall inquiring wether they sold a female plug end to replace one that was broken on my extension cord and his response was "no because normally people aren't handicapped" confused and offended at this completely passive agressive offside response i said " well these are very similar items, do you only sell adaptors?" His response was " you're the only person this year to ask me that question, normally people just buy the whole extension cord not ask for pieces" I explained that I had already bought a replacement piece but got the wrong one at a well known retailer that was too far to travel to so I was just asking because you have very similar parts and why would I buy a full cord when I have one but just need the correct end piece" He suggested places to buy the part after I already explained i knew where to go but wasn't into the drive for such a small item. Who treats customers this way? There was no humour or joking demeanor from this man. I have not been so insulted by a store employee in my 45 years as a shopper. I maintained composure but was thoroughly appalled at this comment that was inappropriate on many levels. Upon paying for an item I regret buying from him he didn't give me a receipt and told me "enjoy your coke" refering to the beverage I was holding. Confused at this remark I left and now regret making my purchase with this retailer. I will not return and recommend avoiding this retailer to others because he continued to make rude comments to any customer inquiry made while I was in this store and while exiting. There was no reason to call anyone "handicapped" and there was no regard for anyone that could have been handicapped within earshot of the store that may have been offended by this comment. There is no excuse for this behaviour from a grown man. Absolutely the worst experience I've had on Fraser street and I hope no handicapped customers have to feel as insulted and discriminated against as I felt for simply entering a store and trying to spend money. This place should be shut down. Shame on the cashier for acting so disrespectful and ignorant towards a valid question from a paying customer.

The cashier at the front is really rude but almost in a funny way. Don't take him seriously because he's really passive aggressive if you ask where things are and you can’t see it right in front of you. Everything is price affordably so I don't mind. But don't expect any welcoming attitude

I bought numerous notebooks here to study computer science properly. I wish this place sold gel pens. I really appreciated the design in was able to achieve in my hard cover notebooks with gel pens.

Little gem of a dollar store located at a corner opposite Buy Low Foods. I stopped by this place when I was searching for items that I couldn't find at Buy Low.I was surprised at the prices because it was a dollar store that was packed with stuff from stickers to gift bags under a dollar.The items that you normally find in a dollar store long ago is still so reasonably priced here.They also branched out to other items such as pots, pans, baking ware, thermos etc. that are comparable in price to other places. A yoga mat here was a few dollars cheaper than one from Walmart or London Drugs.Definitely will be back!

Awful customer service, was walking by and decided to go in to buy an item I was looking for. The owner is extremely rude, I walked out right after requesting assistance and being mistreated by him. Never going back there!

What do you need? It's all here. The tricky part is that this dollar store has deals that come and go. So keeping your eye out for the products that are amazing. For example, i got a memory foam bath mat for $1.25. a ball of yarn multicoloured and silky soft, the one that blows my mind is the pregnancy test ... For $1.25. and yes that's always mentioned on the top 10 best deals from the dollar store. There's tons of tupperware, air freshenera, seasonal decorations, the helium balloons now cost more, but still a screaming deal. And tasteful. They have food now and the craft aisle is crazy good.

Well-organized with a diverse selection of goods. All of the jars, containers & bottles you could want! Prices are low, so you're maybe not looking to get, say, all of your kitchen knives here, but there's everything from baby items to tools to stationary to housewares.

The place has everything and of course it's not a "dollar" store. I was extremely disappointed with the owners customer service. A couple of days ago my mom bought a face shield mask and she was charged $44.90. My mom told me they might of charged her for the shopping wheeler that my mom had already about somewhere else. The only thing my mom did wrong was she lost the receipt but i thought we could show the bank statement and explain what happen. But unfortunately both the lady and the mam was not ready to listen or help us. To me that is a poor customer service since i work a large grocery store. So people please choose who you want to spend your money with.
