I bought a right sided chaise sectional, got it in good timing, but when I brought it home and unpacked everything they sent me the wrong piece. They sent me a right sided couch with a left sided chaise: I’ve called for two days trying to get customer service to help me but I was gaslit and told that they sent me the right piece, even though I have provided them with rhe photos of the very clear wrong side. Will never buy from them again, customer service was awful! Still have no solution being presented to me. What a waste of money.

If your ceilings are 9ft high and you’re in need of a second chaise for the sunroom, then this might be worth trying. If you’re less absurd, then perhaps not.

I recently completed in-store pick up for my rug and I was so thoroughly impressed by the kind thoughtful service - from the team ensuring I received my price adjustment to helping bring the rug out to my car. It was such a wonderful experience and I could not have asked for any better!

Beware of truly unprecedented levels of humiliation and bizarrely inventive cruelty when buying one of their sofas.
I made the bad decision a month ago to walk into their Granville store to purchase a sofa for my new apartment. I had picked out a custom sofa but was quickly convinced to avoid all the inconvenience and time delays that come with their own custom order offerings and I was lead to the purchase of a sofa that was already to be shipped and delivered in a couple weeks max. It cost me $2700 with tax and delivery. I made the decision to simply pay themas extra $89 for the delivery instead of the $200 racist sounding White Glove delivery. I was punished for this decision after they had crested two different work orders for me, on two different days for two different names that sounded suspiciously like mine. It ended up after the rest of my $3000 bedroom was delivered, the sofa was also their and ready to be delivered. But my hallways and living room were filled with enormous boxes of bedroom furniture and the delivery person recommended I refuse to take delivery of the sofa because he wasn't sure it would fit, and since I had not ordered the $200 elitist 1 percenters White Glove delivery service he would not be able to try to deliver the sofa without leaving it on my front lawn when it didn't fit in the house. He reminded me over and over that my low class decision to pay only $89 delivery for my $2700 sofa meant that I was on my own with this delivery and he could do nothing but yank it off the truck for me and hope for the best.
I have been offered nothing but the option to pay them $200 to try the delivery again, or I can pay them 15% of the sofa's cost to return it, or they can deliver the sofa again and I kid you not, they can leave it on my front lawn if it doesn't fit.
BE WARNED of this when making purchase decisions for furniture in Canada. I have had the delightful experience of having no sofa for a month because of my poor decision, and no relief in sight.

I wish there was a 0. Returned a sofa and begrudgingly agreed to pay the 15% restocking fee. They charged me on the total price including the taxes I paid. The amount is only $50.00 but they said they do not charge tax on returns. Well, they did!Very disappointed!!!

Will is fantastic to work with! He helped us pick the perfect couch and recliner. He's very helpful and gives you the space to browse comfortably and doesn't pressure you to purchase anything. We will definitely be back for more items in the future.

Over the years I have bought entire suites of furniture at Urban Barn, including but not limited to couches, tables, arm chairs, dishes, accent pieces, etc. The furniture was the right fit for my apartment. Excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces.I have recently gone back to furnish a brand new space and have limited measurements. William (Will) and David and their entire team have gone above to ensure a smooth transaction and make the entire process stress free. Their opinions and expertise is welcomed and on point.
