No waiting at the parts counter. Very well staffed with knowledgeable people. I haven't tried their service department yet but the rest of the place appears first class all the way. Yes it's expensive. I knew that before I left the house !! .... The 2024's are in. They are way cool with notable updates and changes. Very nice but for now I love my 2019 !

A MUST visit for the historical collection. JUST AWESOME.Doesn't matter if you're a Harley fan. Totally worth a visit and yes... Maybe be inspired to buy a motorcycle or some merch.

I bought a bike there last year. Great follow up customer service.I bought a tuner off them, turns out it was a dud. They exchanged the unit . Now that sounds simple enough but there was some problems . But they took care of everything. If I buy another Harley or have to buy HD products again. I'll buy them through trev deeley exclusively.

Buyer beware! If a dealer has you sign an 'as is' clause then walk away. Even AFTER salesman tells you that he personally test rode it & one of their techs has been thru the motorcycle...you could end up with a nitemare like I did. It needs so much more than brake pads & a low beam bulb...which is what I was told it needed. Stick to harley davidsons deeley....you just might know what you're talking about!

We come here often to go shopping. I think they have a better selection of clothes then other stores. We came from Mexico straight here just so my husband could get more for his collection. The staff is extra helpful. The service department is top notch. I reported Angela to Google as she must be a bot. As someone who has millions of views I hate seeing bad reviews that are fake.
