Great service and great communication at an honest price.
Brad and his team saved me over $XXXX dollars. I took my car to a competitor (a tune up shop just down the street) because I thought my squealing brakes would be a quick fix and Tremblay had a wait for an appointment. That shop quoted me over $XXXX to change my rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors. They quoted me over $300 for brake pads alone ("top of the line"). They told me my calipers couldn't retract. I was deeply concerned and angry.
I tried a self fix with the highest quality pads available from Napa that cost far less than $300. I didn't have the skills/tools to complete the job myself (though I did have most of the tools I needed).
Tremblay saved the day. They replaced the brake pads for under $XXX in labour, and my car was ready about 4 hours after I dropped it off. Not even a mention about the caliper pistons, which of course were fine. Highly recommended.

Brad was incredibly helpful, and clearly has a lot of experience with vehicles. His team helped me replace headlamps and a faulty ballast on an older Audi. Their prices are
reasonable and I felt their advice was genuine. I will definitely be taking my car back to Tremblay.

I recently took my 2014 Toyota Venza into Tremblay Motors after the engine light and AWD light came on. Even though the lights had gone off by the time I brought it in, Brad, the mechanic, was outstanding. He suggested hooking up the car to check the error code just to be sure, and after reviewing it, he confirmed that it was likely just a loose gas cap with no current issues. Brad went above and beyond by topping up my oil and washer fluid, and the best part? He didn’t charge me for the service since there was nothing wrong with the car.
It’s rare to find mechanics who are this honest and thorough. I highly recommend Tremblay Motors for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance. Thanks again, Brad and the team!

I just took my car here, for the first time, to get my AC redone, and a few other things. Brad & Jason are so great. Everything done in exactly the timeframe, great communication, and great price. AND, guess what?? They washed my car!! How exceptionally "old school".. you know, when you get really taken-care-of!! Wow, I'm so impressed.

Not the greatest experience, missed a service item had to go back, found out they put the cabin air filter in backwards and jammed it inside. Charged half an hour at mechanic rate to have the dash disassembly which is laughable as it takes 2 minutes. Strongly encourage people to go else where for better pricing and quality of work. Ownership seems nice will give an extra star.

Best mechanics in the city. I brought my 2002 car in and they did a wonderful job brining it back to its best. About a month later I was having an issue with my battery, brought it down to them and Brad came out to have a look and sorted it out for me in two minutes, no charge. Customer service is excellent and I could not recommend this garage enough. Top class!
