I first met Sherry over the phone when I'd had a bad experience with another appliance retailer. Sherry solved my problem in buying my new laundry equipment in minutes, reassured me that everything would work out and arranged for my delivery. The whole process was so smoothe tthat I contacted her the following week because I'd been considering a new stove and. dishwasher as well. I didn't even consider shopping around. When I arrived at the showroom she showed me a couple of options of both appliances which met my needs perfectly. Showroom with a variety of products. I wanted to replace an old refrigerator. The size and model that I needed was not on display, and the sales person located it via computer. Definitely will visit this place for future purchase.

Trail Appliances Vancouver on Rupert. Have shopped here many times over the yrs. And every time I've had great fast, service. IMO this is the best Trail store to shop. They always have a large selection to view when looking for any appliance.

I was looking for a built-in microwave to replace an old one. Alberto Vergara was extremely helpful in tracking down a microwave that would work for me. The service he gave me was excellent. He kept me informed of each step right up to the delivery. It was so nice to have constant feedback! I love Trail Appliances and their staff!
