I recently ordered from online and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite placing my order online, I encountered several issues upon arrival at the restaurant.Firstly, there was a significant wait time with no acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. After waiting for quite a while, I discovered that my order was actually ready but had been forgotten on the counter. This lack of attention to customer service was quite frustrating.I attempted to address the issue with the staff, but there was minimal effort to rectify the situation or offer an apology. Ultimately, I left the restaurant feeling undervalued as a customer.I believe that good customer service is crucial.Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of expectations. I hope that the management can take steps to improve their service and ensure that all customers receive the attention and care they deserve.

I went to this Tim for breakfast this Saturday. A girl named Harita served me. She helped me with my custom order and was very patient throughout my order. It was a big and complicated order, still she served with a smile. Loved the service!

I ordered but they don't know what is the ingredient inside of French Vanilla because i have an allergy and i asked them and they don't know. I was if they don't know the ingredient they will kill a people that they must know the ingredient. This is this morning. Other is very good.

First tim hortons I have seen with such a slow service. Please train your staff well and also tell them to speak loudly and smile. There is no coordination and a very long queues.

I am sad that tim hortons had employed their worst employees in their most busy cafe. They are very rude and it looks like friendly customer interactions are banned there?. I guess they all lied about their communication skills on their resume ?

I would like to talk about a girl named felinee. When I reached in this tim i had to waited for so long when she took my order she was so rude and even she didn't listen to me properly. She was taking my order in so hurry when I got my coffee'french vanilla'it was without sleeve and when I asked for sleeve she didn't reply me and she just throw the sleeve in front of me. And I said thanku and she didn't reply me back. Even she was not listening what I'm ordering. We are not eating free here, teach some manners to her, if she can't do her job then give her nice vacation. It was really very horrible experience here!..

The worst experience I ever had in any tim hortons. The girl named Felinee is completely a joke in this restaurant. I saw all the reviews for this store before writing my own and I believe most of the reviews are for her as (specifically mentioned). Anyways, the management should either teach her how to respect and interact with the guests or give her any other task expect taking the orders if she is really forced by her habbits to be rude with everyone… I am the one who gave survey code to her for coffee and i felt like i have done any crime by giving her survey code for coffee as she reacted to me. See we are paying for the stuff and even following all the guidelines and this kind of employees end the reputation of Resturant or any other workplace… i wish her good luck for future and please teach her basic etiquettes that she should have learnt in the childhood or just shout down your restaurant of u can not respect your guests❗️you need to inform the customer what and how they should use (survey code) don’t start blaming others and feel so insulting in between so many customers i could create an issue there but I didn’t because i have the etiquettes that she definitely has not have…

Horrible service, although there’s a huge lineup, the staff didn’t seem to care. Just to order we had to wait almost 15 mins and not in rush hour.

Highly busy but super slow in attending customers.Wasted 30-40 mins in a queue just for a couple of drinks.More than 50% customers left without buying anything.
