I visited today while my wife wanted to get McDonald’s. I suggested Tim Hortons, as there was a rush at McDonald’s while Tim Hortons was empty. I ordered two pastries: garlic and herb, and jalapeño, along with two small iced capps. The server, although not busy, didn’t listen to me properly. She served me one pastry and started making the coffee. I reminded her that I asked for two pastries; she quickly grabbed another one and handed me one iced cap and the remaining pastry. I reiterated that we are two people and asked for two pastries and two iced caps. She then went back to make another one. This was a 3-star service for me, but the worst part was the iced cap tasted extremely bad. After taking a few sips, I had to throw it away. I hate wasting food, but I had no choice. The bad taste was so disturbing that, even though I was on a budget, I had to buy something else to remove the taste from my mouth.

We bought a bag of coffee for souvenir. Tried potato wedges, it was so disappointed , not hot or crispy at all. We tried one or two and decided to give up on it. Service is ok and the store was not clear during our visit.

Tim Horton's = Canada Vancouver was our final stop on our pacific coast Cruise and we came in early on Friday. We had visited Victoria a couple days before and had not seen any Tim Hortons there...but in Vancouver, we saw one next to our hotel in downtown. It was quite busy on a Friday morning, with people of all ages ordering coffee to go. They have a kiosk ordering system where you can customize your coffee exactly the way you want. We also got a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The total was a little over 5 Canadian dollars. You enter your name and then can track your order via a monitor. The coffee came out first within 5 minutes. The bagel was next, a little after that. Both were good and just enough to tidy us over till lunch. Next to McDonald's. Can get exactly way you want.

I placed an pick up order today at 11:55 am and i picked my order within 3-4 minutes after placing. I ordered one medium double double and a plain croissant toasted with butter. The croissant was very chewy and hard to eat. It felt like that it was from the last day’s left over. I took one bite and had to throw it. I realized this after i got my bus to my work in west van. I had to buy a new one from park royal tim hortons. However, i have been a regular

The food is always at the right temperature and tastes fresh and all. But the service is really bad. They don't have any cup holders for you to take, and they won't give you your cup with a holder either. Two visits ago, I was burning my hands all the way on the sky train and today I had to ask if they had any holders. The lady didn't reply and just gave me one. When I was paying I used points for the coffee and then I switched to scan and pay but the system didn't do anything. I showed her and she didn't say anything. Just made a gesture as if saying "that's none of my business". So I used my physical card. I mean...small stuff that make you feel unwelcome and stupid. As in most Tim Hortons' shops, no one will ever clean the tables. You may have to clean a table some idiot customer before you left his dirty napkins and a couple of cups and a lot of scattered crumbs
