After having very disappointing experiences at other stores on Saturday with "true to size" items not fitting even 2 to 3 sizes up my kiddo decided to give grad dress shopping one more try. We decided to try Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal and I am ever so glad we did. Natalie was empathetic and sincere & my teen felt validated. Even though we showed up near the end of the day, Natalie didn't rush us and made sure to ask all the right questions during the entire time we were shopping. We want to thank Natalie for being such an amazing person! Ten out of ten, we would highly recommend.

Walked in without an appointment Natalie was awesome. Even though she had 2 other clients, she did help me. When her clients left, she was all hands on deck. So attentive. I think I tried on 50 dresses ?. Natalie was professional and I did not feel rushed.I could have tried on another 50! So many beautiful selections. Wide range of styles and prices. I had a great experience and found a beautiful dress to wear to my sister’s wedding.

Excellent place for wedding gowns and prom dresses. The girl who hosted us was amazing. She let my daughter try all the dresses she liked. Would surely recommend thus place to everyone.

Review for Wedding Dress Purchase. I could not be happier with my process with the team here at Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal! Carla and the team here made every step of the way manageable and stress free. I walked in here September 2022 and never looked back. I tried on several dresses with Carla supporting me every step of the way till we found a dress I liked. I paid for my dress in instalments and picked it up once full payment was made. Then I was able to get my alternations done with this team as well. They were clear on what costs would be so I could plan ahead. They made sure I got my dress in time for the big day in August 2023. Thank you Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal for making this accessible, stress free and the best experience I've ever had!

Grad dress shopping and Natalie was incredible. Picked just the right dresses, had great ideas. We went to two more stores and ended up coming back to get the second dress from Natalie, who stayed late for us. Thank you!!!

I came to the Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal for the men's suit section knowing nothing about suits myself. I thought this would be a good place to get an idea of what I like because of the one-on-one nature of their business, and then I would go to a big name store for a better price. I asked many questions and received knowledgeable answers from the woman working, whom I believe was named Natalie. I figured out what type of suit was best for me, and went looking for it in other stores. Everywhere I went I found the prices to be so much higher than Tiffany's that I went straight back the same day. Natalie took my measurements and was able to tailor the suit for me within the short amount of time I had before my pictures. The service was beyond enjoyable to work with, I will definitely come back in the future.

I had a lovely experience at Tiffany Bridal. They got me in for a last minute appointment as I was visiting Vancouver for only one day. Carla was not only absolutely a sweetheart, but she listened to what I was looking for and pulled some beautiful options. Ps don’t let the address scare you, it’s in the nice part of east Hastings. Strongly recommend.

Late review (2022), but the service here was phenomenal. I was shopping for my high school prom dress about a month before prom (so online shopping wasn't really an option for me) and this place was great. There was a wide variety of dresses I could choose from, and price ranges were anywhere around $280-$1000 at the time. Compared to other stores I had visited which sold dresses only $500 and up, this store provided me with cheaper options. But don't get me started on the service, not knowing I needed to make an appointment I showed up without one but they were still kind to let me in (maybe it was because they heard I had come a long way or maybe because it was close to closing time). The boss was even kind enough to stay after closing to assist me in choosing a dress, and he had great advice and humour. Could not be any more grateful for their service. They were truly a life saver.

Natalie is a Dress-Finding Genius!My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal in search of the perfect dress for my daughter’s upcoming grad banquet. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by Natalie, one of their exceptional staff members. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the wonderful experience she provided during our visit. We expected our grad dress shopping experience to be a nightmare, but Natalie turned it into a dream. She quickly understood my daughter’s style preferences and effortlessly guided us to the perfect dress. Her attentiveness and expertise were remarkable. Natalie is an absolute dress-finding genius!Thank you, Natalie, for your exceptional assistance and for going above and beyond to ensure we found a terrific dress at an amazing price. Your dedication and professionalism are truly unmatched, and you made our shopping experience one to remember. Went in looking for bridesmaid dresses and the lady at the counter was just excellent (can't remember her name - white skin, dark curly hair). We told her the colour we wanted, and she immediately got us the colour swatches for each of the brands then instructed us on where to find the matching dresses. She was even kind enough to let us use the larger fitting stage since no one else had booked an appointment during that time.While they don't have a gigantic selection, their collection is clearly curated to include the best dresses. And more importantly, dresses with POCKETS!! We did end up finding The Dress for the bridesmaids. If I ever need a ballgown/evening gown in the future, then I'd definitely come back here.

I don't often leave 5-star reviews and am usually suspicious of places that have too many of them but this place definitely earned one from me.I came in to look for a wedding dress for my tiny but curvy Dominican fiancée and these guys were amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they knew what they were doing and could explain all the options that could be done to accommodate my soon-to-be wife's distinct shape. But most importantly, they found a dress that made my fiancée feel beautiful for her special day!I got met the owner Loyd and he is a solid guy, very low-pressure. It's a local, family-run business so that always feels good to support.I'd recommend these guys to anyone who wants good value and selection at a reasonable price!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This was only in the initial appt making process too, I shudder to think what experience it would have been if I actually ordered something from this place. On September 17th I booked an appointment for September 19th and was told by the gentlemen that it would either be with a lady or with him. So on the 19th I arrive and the store is dark and door locked. Confused I called the number for the store and the call was answered. Gentleman, Lloyd I believe answered and said oh dear, sorry but the lady is sick and can't be there, didn't anyone call you? I said no I heard from no one. Basically he said sorry but it was her responsibility to call people, there's nothing I can do. I asked who can I talk to about this incident. Was told to call and talk to David on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, I call and talk to David. Worst experience of customer service EVER. He said sorry this happened to you but she had to go to the hospital, it was out of our control. He kept talking over me and then when he asked well what would you like me to do. When I was saying well some accountability would be nice and call the people who were affected and say how can we make this right. Or even say that when I called and not just well what do you want me to do. He then said well there's someone here waiting for me and hung up. For me now it's relief and shock, I mean what would have happened if I had ordered something and had it altered and something went wrong. Would i have gotten the same, sorry it happened but it's out of our control

My experience at Tiffany’s bridal was absolutely outstanding. The staff truly care about creating an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a plus size bride I was nervous about dress shopping and was so delighted to find a wide range of dresses and a team that was willing to work to get me exactly what I had dreamed of. My husband rented a tuxedo and had an equally fabulous experience. I would 100% recommended Tiffany’s to anyone looking for a fancy outfit! Thank you so so much for helping making our special day perfect ❤️
