Terrible service. The manager Jennifer J. set a very very bad example to her staff. The other sales associate who served us have to apologize FOR her manager. The manager should be retrained. I feel ashamed for the manager's attitude. You rather go to other Tiffany stores but not this location on Burrard street.

I had a wonderful time shopping at Tiffany with Luc yesterday. He was very helpful and showed me many gift options for my friend's baby. I also bought a pair of earrings for daily wear. Shopping with him always takes my experience to the next level!

I bought an atlus ring as an engagement ring, but one of the diamonds fell off after two months of wearing it. Just wear it normally, take it off for workouts, showers, etc. I came to the store to see if there was a warranty and they said they would charge $400. He held a magnifying glass and said that there were scratches on the ring surface, so we must have scratched it ourselves. We said that if it was really a big collision, how could we not know it ourselves? If I had really stumbled upon it, I wouldn't have had to complain about it online. 400 dollars is neither too much nor too little. Money does not come by strong winds. I can afford to repair it, but think about it, will it still fall off after two months of repairing?I came here for the brand name, but the quality was not guaranteed. It's disgusting that a ring is associated with a proposal and then treated like this. Personally, I don’t think you’re wasting your money here. If you have the choice, go look elsewhere.

Poor build of the rings led to a diamond falling off within 2 MONTHS of wearing the ring. The associate who did not introduce herself to us just made every attempt to blame us for the ring damage despite boasting how secure it should have been, showing us minor surface scratching that was "responsible". Terrible customer service experience, poor quality of rings. Better try your luck at Cartier/elsewhere, we have rings from them and it's never failed us like here.

My fiancé and I came in to the Burrard location to pick out our wedding bands. Lindsey assisted us and was helpful, kind and shared in our excitement. She let us try on all options while also giving her suggestions for what suited us. Since we are from out of town, she also gave us local recommendations for what to do with the rest of the day in the city. We never felt pressured or rushed and left with the perfect wedding bands for us. Thank you Lindsey!

I went to Tiffany’s few days ago to get my jewelry cleaned and pick up my birthday gift. Cute lady named Joyce helped me to find the right choice. She was super professional and experienced unlike other sales staff in the past. I felt super comfortable talking and shopping with her help. I never felt that she was giving me pressure, just trying genuinely to help me to get something I like. My experience was great thanks to Joyce.

Bought two rings at Tiffany store with sapphire setting. However, the sapphires are completely two different colors, I am surprised that it passed Tiffany & Co’s quality control. I was denied exchange.

Always a nice experience and they have comfortable waiting couches for me to sit on while the wife takes a look around. Originally wife wanted to go in and get here rings cleaned, but since it was going to take three hours she decided to just take a look around the shop and see if there was something else she needed/wanted. She didn't find anything this trip but as always the staff is always very attentive and helpful. Me I just enjoy my waiting couches until it comes time to pay for what she picks out.
