The guy working there is so rude. My first time there went horrible and I’m never going there. He doesn’t like to listen. I was having issues with sending email and I accidentally sent many emails and I kept telling him that the first email with the subject this is the email you are looking for. He kept telling all of them are the same and all that. When I showed him on the computer he was like ‘let’s cut it off mam ‘ ,like what’s with your attitude, first you don’t listen what your customer is saying and then you respond to that like that as if you are right when clearly you weren’t listening.
Also I asked if he could make the print landscape wise and he said no and I told him my concerns and he kept saying ‘we print these out everyday’
Like I know you do but I am just politely asking if it could be printed landscape vise.
The guy doesn’t like to listen what the customers are trying to say. Like you need patience please.
It was my first time going there and it went horrible. Never going there ever again.
Again I am not here to argue. I am just writing my own experience.

$2.84 to print a single B&W piece of paper. Unacceptable. I would also expect to be told the price prior to the paper being printed, if I knew I wouldn’t have paid.

Dropped off my return to Amazon here. The interior is clean and tidy. The lady working there was efficient and offered to give me a tracking #. I felt safe since there is a surveillance camera. The parcels looked organized and my refund already got processed the same day.

I would have given negative stars if it were solely based on the service provided by the lady at the store. The guy who helped me last time was super friendly, but the lady was cold and indifferent. Additionally, she failed to inform me about the extra charge of more than $2 for printing out a small label as well as the tracking number. Last time, I wasn't charged for printing out the label, so if I had known about the fee, I would have chosen to print it out at my place, which is just one minute away from the UPS store. It may have been only two bucks, but I don't want to waste money on printing a small label like that!! It is evident that they need to be more aware that their customer service must be improved.

Ups is horrible to deal with, you will never see your package. Zero customer support and doesn't track beyond the facility.

It was my first time in this UPS,, and I was disappointed. I agree to pay for the use of a computer, but $2 each time especially since there was a printing problem and maybe I should have come twice. The computer is old so very well amortized over time. I really find that to be stealing, knowing that I printed two sheets...
