Please save your time and money by avoiding this location. My $150 headphone that I wanted to return to Amazon went missing in this place. Amazon contacted me and they said they received and empty headphone bag. I almost 100% sure the guy in the counter stole the headphone. He was extremely rude and UPS should immediately fire him before stealing more items. Worst experience ever.

This place literally never opens on time. Their opening time is 9 AM, but more accurately it’s somewhere between 9:10 and 9:30…..and there is NEVER an iota of urgency or a greeting or apology. It always seems like you are putting them out for expecting them to be open when they advertise.I only ever drop things off here. Avoid it if you can.

My son initiated booking of 31 Jul and paid the fees, nobody contacted him for two days. In 2nd he contacted UPS for pick up, they promised pick on 2nd but nobody came to pick up. Not expected suck services from UPS

This store is constantly opened later than the posted time. On at least three occasions I waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to arrive late to open the store. At my last attempt, I waited 20 minutes and gave up. If opening hours have changed due to COVID-19 (not a valid excuse for our situation in Vancouver), then the posted time on the door should be updated. When the store is open, the employees are courteous and friendly.

The fellow working here was nice, and was able to provide some packing supplies such as tape and bubble wrap, peanut filler material and boxes. The prices are a bit high compared to U-Haul or Home Depot but the location is much more convenient.

Amazing customer service! Yesterday, I missed an important package delivery by 10 minutes, at the end of the day Friday. The package indicated it would be dropped off at this UPS store, the next business day. Which would not be until Tuesday, because of the long weekend. I phoned the store in the off chance they would deliver it to that store in the next 30 minutes before close on Friday. The person attending was very nice and he said there was a small chance they could drop it off, but he could not be sure. I went to the store just in case, as the package was so important. We waited until close and all the driver's had delivered the packages that they would for the day. He started to think of different options for me. He let me know that there was one UPS driver left to come, but he would only be picking up a package and not dropping off. He said he would talk to him to see if there was a possibility he knew the driver in my area. He waited with me until after closing time of the store for the other driver to arrive. The UPS driver arrived, and so kindly took his time to make some calls and tracked down the driver with my package. The other driver was still in my area and I was able to get my package! I didn't think customer service like that existed anymore. They both went above and beyond on a late Friday afternoon.

The service was good; however the gentleman working at the counter was not wearing a mask and I didn't feel great about that. He was not behind any kind of plexiglas either. I'm assuming he must have a medical reason not to do so; however, given the current state of affairs with the pandemic I don't think it's really appropriate to be dealing face to face with customers unless you're wearing some PPE.

This UPS store is the one I go to for shipping out my items for my small business. The owner and staff are very friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help me with my items. I go to this location often and can see the level of care they put into their work. They greet their regulars by first name! They always do everything they can to resolve every customer's question or concerns.I've seen people come in with complaints (and read some of the low reviews here) that their package didn't get delivered, or that they didn't get a buzz from the driver.... that's not something this (or any) store can resolve! Call customer service, obviously!

Terrible service!!!! I shipped a package on March 30th and just found out the fellow at the store did not give me proper commercial paperwork nor did he tell me it was required to be completed. On April 17th, I found out the package has been sitting at YVR STUCK!!! No one even at the store is willing to help get this sorted out. Won’t ever go here again.
