I went to the store to ship my defective monitor to the manufacturer for repair. Micky is a wonderful person and was very helpful. She assisted us with the packing and showed us how to trim the carton to make sure everything fit perfectly and securely in the box. We are very grateful for her help.

The worst customer service. Every time I need to go here I dread it. Unfortunately, the lady is not very helpful and rude. She always sounds angry when you ask her for help on packaging items and it is a stressful experience.

Would give this a 0 stars if possible. All the employees have a “not my problem” attitude, and will tell you they cannot help you, including the store owner, Mickey. She literally said that to my face before I even explained to her what I was in the store for.
