I just want to say that UPS is the worst. Also if you call this phone number it takes you to UPS 's phone line and NOT the store. UPS is the worst shipper ever and somehow they have gotten worse over time if that's possible

Poor service, unfriendly staff - only ever had one helpful staff and she tries her best (she gets the 2 stars, and extremely arrogant and unfriendly owners.
Find a different UPS store. We used to go to this location for the friendly service and very accommodating owner, unfortunately, since he left, this store was left to its this subpar service.

UPS delivered to my package from Patagonia to the wrong address, their "Proof Of Delivery" photo is of someone else's house. When I contacted UPS, they replied that it was "Delivered" on X Date. They were of no help whatsoever. Days later, I received my package, OPENED. It may have been a neighbour or UPS. If it was UPS, then that means they lied about delivering it, opened my package and decided the contents were of such little value and decided to "re-deliver" it.

My package was sent to this pick up location without trying to deliver to me. I was home waiting for the package according to the estimated delivery time. However, I did not receive any text messages or phone calls about delivering the package. In addition, there was even no slip notice anywhere in my building saying when and where it was attempted to deliver. I tried to call them to confirm where the package was, but no real person can be contacted. I received an email saying the package was delivered but it wasn't!!! How ridiculous the process is!! If I had to pick up in a UPS store without notice, why would there be a service called delivery to a certain location.

I have experiences from many UPS stores and this one is exceptionally beyond the expectation. People were friendly and the prices were very good too. I would definitely recommend here to my friends and family.

Dropped off a $4,000.00 Lenovo Legion laptop to return. Employee was very rude and charged me for a piece of tape and rushed me out. Turns out the return says its still there sitting at the access point after a week when they have all packages collected every 24hrs. Called UPS customer service to which I was told to contact Lenovo as they are the shippers and can only make claims. They told me the package is “lost”. Quite ironic a $4,000.00 laptop just goes missing like that especially when you could clearly see what it was through the box (its how I got it & how Lenovo wants it back). From the way the employee rushed me out without even answering my questions yet charged me for a small piece of tape feels shady. Now i’m stuck waiting for them to conclude their investigation just so I can get a simple refund. It’s absolutely pathetic.

Tried to drop off some packages at this UPS store with pre-paid UPS shipping labels and they wouldn’t take them because I had too many…. I had 5 packages.

Terrible customer service. Per UPS, people of the same address can always pick up packages! Incompetent workers took me extra long time for a simple pick up. Avoid!!
