I had a disappointing experience at a UPS store. I visited for domestic labels, which they initially claimed to have ordered. On a return visit, a different employee said they don't carry labels!!! my experience was unsatisfactory, and it felt like customer care was lacking at this location.

Update: getting a little better, but in the recent past my experience was very stressful. I have therefore updated my star rating from 1 to 3, and I do hope they continue to provide better customer service. Carol Anne is very effective when she actually takes care of the accounts. Nigel is nice but out of his dept in my opinion (or maybe overwhelmed). Copy of previous review: a HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE under all aspects. Incompetent, negligent, .. And expensive. If you want your mail lost somewhere in the world stuck at some UPS depot for weeks and weeks, this is the office to use. They should be chasing my mail and make sure it gets back to me, instead, they don't seem to care. It's a shamble. They make decisions without consulting the client and you find yourself with all your mail lost somewhere... Which defeats the purpose of having a mail box with forwarding services. I should be getting my money back for the year, let alone for the shipment. Instead, I get nothing. RUN AWAY, FIND ANOTHER SERVICE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MAIL

If you want to lose your mail and get zero refund, this is the place to get services from. I have never, and I mean ever, got so much stress only to have my mail delivered. Months later it's still traveling through the world. No refund, just mail lost. Horrific. What's even worse is that they clearly do not care.

Edit: Good customer service is not losing the package.Every step of this refund process has required me to call the store and UPS and push for movement on this. I feel like I work there.It's been made clear I'm not from Canada, it's 2022 just charge it back to the card. This whole process should take at most a few days, it's been over two months we've asked multiple times to have this money sent to us in some modern way because we do not live in Canada.We lost almost $800 worth of clothing, because we chose to use your service.You're saying 'shame on you' to the customer and protecting the employees which cause the issue.I've never written a review before in my entire life but I felt I needed to with this situation.We don't even care about the money at this point, I would pay money to not have to deal with these people anymore, we just don't want other people to fall for this.----We sent a package through this store which was Versace and Patagonia clothing for our kids. We used a prepaid package which was slightly overweight (the weight of a single sheet of paper).We were asked to give a random amount of money to the clerk to cover the cost of the extra weight (about $12) which just felt strange because it's random and I wonder where the remainder of that money went.Our package tracking history shows that it was scanned by a driver but never made it to the shipment facility. Which means if the driver scan was even real only two people handled our package before it was lost, the clerk and the driver.Once we checked on our package we were told to start an investigation for a lost package. The investigation was closed and we were told to try to get a refund.We contacted UPS directly and discovered the investigation was closed because the store was not communicating with the people doing the investigation and it was closed for lack of communication, there was no investigation.We contacted the store back and they claimed that the investigation was closed because nothing was found not because they weren't communicating with the investigators.We are told we won't get our full refund because we didn't get insurance. It's just the equivalent of turning down insurance at the apple store and then having the clerk take your new phone and smash it in the store after you bought it and then blames you for not having insurance. Our package never made it to a shipment center.This entire process has taken over two months and still isn't resolved.I will never use UPS again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I've had a private mailbox with them since 2016. They handle all of my incoming business and personal package deliveries so that I don't have to be at my office or at home to receive them.

The staff at this store are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I come here to do my shredding and they're so professional and they get the job done. The space is well laid out and clean.

This location almost never opens on time. So many times I’ve been standing waiting outside to drop off a parcel. If you post a 9 am opening time, that’s when you should open.

This location will not scan packages with prepaid labels upon drop off. They ask you to leave your boxes on top of a big pile at the front of the store where anyone could easily walk in and steal them! All the other UPS Store locations I've been to and even the UPS Drop Off Point inside Kits Laundromat a couple blocks away made the effort to scan the package at time of drop off and email or text a receipt.

If the job requires typing skills and any degree of efficiency, UPS’s hiring procedures need a serious overhaul. A shipment which should have been processed in 10 minutes took 35 minutes ( and a parking ticket ). Today’s experience was an exercise in frustration. I only hope the drivers responsible for this pickup & delivery are a hundred times more efficient than “Ms. Useless” with whom I dealt this afternoon.

Helpful but no effort to follow health regulations - staff was not wearing a mask and made no effort to maintain any physical distance. We're in the third wave of a pandemic with new variants popping up every other week. Sort it out.

There are no evident Covid safety protocols at this store, the staff member was not wearing a mask, there is no plexiglass separation and there is a very narrow entry and exit that doesn't allow safe distance with other customers in line.
