I checked the Tracking number online and kept getting the message "no information available". I called the store to ask why there is no information. The woman replied that I must give it 2 hours for it to appear on the data base. It is now 10 hours later and I get the same message. She also told me that she would send me an email - which I never got. She got annoyed about the email and told me the tracking number is on the receipt - so I don't need an email! What really makes me angry is that I gave her my business card with the email address on it and yet she still couldn't type it in correctly. Absolutely useless.

The lady arrived late and did not apologize and on top was very very rude and we could all feel how much she doesn’t like her job at all . Very sad

UPDATE: 10 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY DELIVERY. I provided a clear forwarding address, but when I received the iShip notification, there was no address on it. For $186 mail forward, price, I expect service. do not use this location if you have mail or documents of value. And I've been a customer for 10 years+. Upon my return to Vancouver I will end this stress and find a professional mailbox service.

Supper helpful staff! Anytime I go there to return a package if I forget to pack it with tapes, despite other locations like shoppers, they help me and provide me with tapes to pack my packages.

I just realised they charged me 2.41$ for one page black and white print which doesn’t make any sense. It’s around 50 cents or less elsewhere.

I've been a mailbox customer for over 10 years, since they were on Nelson St, (out of convenience), and service has not improved. I travel for work a lot and they never reply to any email requests regarding forwarding / payments etc. The service isn't bad - its non existent. Sadly, writing to UPS Canada corporate is the only way to get their attention.

I was having a terrible day overall with UPS. The driver came to my building today (the first scheduled day of the delivery) and its seems like he merely looked at the door and then buggered off. To make things worse he updated my tracking information to say that he had made 2 attempts. I didn’t want the package sent back after the inevitable "third unsuccessful attempt" tomorrow, so I called UPS customer support as I needed the package (my laptop) immediately. It was the most frustrating experience I have had in ages. Firstly the UPS automated voice system refused to transfer me to a customer service representative and then after multiple tries I managed to speak to three of them, all of them absolutely useless and unhelpful. As a last ditch attempt, I tried this store as its address was listed on the drivers note left on the door. I first went around 4:30 pm and was told by Gagan, the employee there who along with his colleagues was already handling 10 other customers simultaneously, to come back round 5:30 pm the same day. I went again a little past 5:30 but the driver hadn’t arrived there yet. Gagan took my number and address, gave me the store phone number and assured me that when the driver arrives, he would hold the package for me. Sure enough Gagan promptly called me a little later, told me that the package had arrived and that he was holding it for me. I drove up and collected it shortly after. Gagan was polite, professional and a man of his word. He seems to be about the only UPS employee who actually earnestly works and cares about UPS customers. Everyone else at UPS in general seems to take their customers for granted and act like they are doing the customers a favour. Thank you, Gagan, for doing everything you could to make my day a lot less worse than it could have been. I do appreciate it. For that you get 5 stars

The worst location ever. People that work there feel like they dont wanna be there. I enter the place their faces were like they are in funeral. The lady printed label and tape she is like you have to do yourself and walks away. I have no idea what I need to do. I asked guy I dont even know how to use this tape. And how I am supposed send the item without additional packaging. I dont get it what is their job in there if they make customer to do their job

Their scanner left 2 ink line traces on my work permit on both sides, just got it no more than a week ago. Pointed it out to the manager, he started convincing me that the lines were always there and that all work permits look like this. Lol....Even on the scanned pdf you can see that 1 side has already gotten lines from going into the machine and the opposite side still hasn't because it got traces and the way out.
Ridiculous. Fix your scanner and don't try to make fools out of people.
I pointed it out and writing this review not because I am mean but because it is my official and VERY important document! Now these traces are there forever. 'Thank you'.
