If I could give them minus stars I would cause I went there for my package and she sent me back to my place to see if it's there and I called when it wasn't she was like oh I found your package like come on....I have already planned myDay, now I am late.......I am not happy

Great and easy drop off. Gagan was very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding my large parcel dropoff. No issues with shipping from there or receiving packages. Quick, easy, convenient. Not much more to say for a shipping store.

They need to update their hours because I have gone there for 9am multiple times now and waited for as long as I possibly could till I have to go back to work and no one came to open... Very frustrating when the hours on their door say that they should be open at 9am.
