Been to this store a total of four times and today’s interaction was the best of them all. Manpal had me laughing ? so much said to my son that he was faster than Rodney Dangerfield!! Anyone too young check out Rodney! Great service!! Thank U

Manpal, the owner is great and the staff are helpful. Excellent printing at competitive prices. Very convenient and helpful. Printed many workbooks/presentations for corporations and our kids school yearbook. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. The manager acted as if I couldn't read, was rude to me and the other worker there. I would NOT ever ship something here again. If you're a recent arrival to Canada, it's a terrible place to get things shipped to. They demand that you have a utility bill, which many recent arrivals don't have, especially if we are subletting. I would NEVER support this UPS again.

Came on the weekend for a passport photo within their opening hours and was told that they actually only do passport photos between Monday and Friday within certain hours. They should probably post this on their website.

Liars, told me the minimum price to mail a letter within the city is $15 and it will be the same every other postal buisness. Well I didn't believe this to be true so I went to Canadian Post and they charged me $2.15
I'll never return or support this business or its shameful dishonest practices.

We use this UPS store for all our business’ printing! They are always prompt and everything is done in great quality! Now also getting my wedding prints done there and they’ve been very helpful and put up with all my little changes and everything has come out beautifully! Manpal and the staff are great always helpful and give quick responses to inquiry’s!

They stealing packages from customers.
Package was never scanned into UPS possession. So it’s stay as “Label Created” . It was stolen in the easiest fashion. And there no paper trail.
After creating an investigation , Investigation is closed because UPS never had possession of it.

That man with turban should retire or hire someone to fill for him as alot, I mean alot of people hate his demeanor.
I understand, you are trying to make money to pay the bills but unethical dishonesty that you are showing to your customers. It is impossible to not notice so I highly recommend hiring someone else.

We had our wedding stationary printed here and they were fantastic. Helping us print out multiple things for our wedding including our table cards and seat chart foam boards. They came out so nicely, our wedding guests loved them. Also the turnaround time was so quick. We were traveling from out of town for the wedding and were in a bit of a rush but the team was really kind and turned it around really quickly. Would recommend for any printing needs!

Avoid at all costs - Incompetence and Contempt, A Toxic Combination.
If a zero-star rating was possible, this UPS store would earn it without hesitation. While numerous reviews highlight the manager's shockingly poor treatment of customers, my experience unfortunately revealed an extra layer of incompetence.
After dropping off a package, I inquired about their 3D printing service - a huge mistake. What followed was a masterclass in condescending behavior and a complete lack of basic 3D printing knowledge.
When I asked about the print volume, the manager curtly replied "10 in3." Fair enough. But when I followed up with a question about layer heights, a standard parameter in the 3D printing world, he responded with "10,000s". Confused, I asked what that would be in millimeters, the commonly used unit in 3D print slicing software. He scoffed, retorting "You're the engineer, you should know!" (For the record, I never claimed to be an engineer). As I used my phone to do a simple conversion from this measurement, he mocked me further with a "use a calculator!"
Attempting to salvage the interaction, I inquired about pricing. When I asked if it was calculated by weight or resolution, perhaps for a print utilizing the full build volume, he aggressively declared, "There's no such thing!" oblivious to such a possibility.
A quick glance at their showcase revealed warped sample prints showcasing print bed adhesion and layer delamination issues, confirming my suspicions about the operation's lack of professionalism.
The consistent negativity in countless other reviews speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor - steer clear of this UPS store. You'll find far better service, equipment and expertise, along with a healthy dose of respect with other local 3D printing services, even ones offered by hobbyists.

I've been using this location to print business cards and other promotional material for my business. The team has been very accommodating with helping me properly send files and the quality is always great. Do not hesitate to use this UPS shop for all of your printing needs.

Impossible to get anything done here. I recognize that UPS (deliveries) and UPS Store are different companies with not a lot of overlap, but still they had nothing but hostility towards resolving my pick-up issue. Ten times they told me “call UPS customer service”. English translation: “I don’t care; get out of my store”.Avoid this place at all costs. There are many other options a short walk away.

Every experience I’ve had shipping from this location has been a breeze, and therefore I keep coming back. They provide competitive rates and plenty of thoughtful assistance. The store manager, Manpal, showed me so much kindness on my first visit - and on my subsequent visits I can see he shows the same kind energy to all other customers. On my visit today, I was supported by his female colleague (I did not catch her name), who offered an identical high-level of service.I will definitely be back for future printing needs ?

Such a rude person. Acted very greedy. It is a a convenient UPS store near my place for business and personal, but that man is just so greedy and rude. He doubled the price for the service, just because I said it is a good price and ordered more. No logic in his explanations. Then he ripped the child's birthday invitation card in front of the child in an angry manner instead of using a shredder. They work with sensitive information and they don't have a shredder.No wonder why every time I do international shipping with them, somehow the scammers start blowing my e-mail or phone#!
