Not very helpful. Staff will just direct you to the 1-800 line if you try to inquire about a package delivered at the site. Even with the slip and tracking number in hand, they still turn you away. Disappointing service.

Worst delivery company after uni uni. I payed 60 freaking dollars for the delivery, almost as much as the item itself, customs made me pay 20 more, and these idiots couldn’t deliver it for 3 days. 1/10

I often redirect my packages here as it’s a secure and easy option to retrieve my online orders. They’re always friendly and helpful. A locally owned family run business. They clearly work hard and should be appreciated for what can seem like a thankless job.
