The place and its location is convenient overall for their services, and they generally uphold to getting things done.
The employees at this storefront though could use a massive upgrade in their representative training and customer service experience. Ive had no dissatisfaction going into the storefront, and I somehow end up leaving the environment with a sour taste in my mouth because the female employees tone when she handles my requests make me feel like I’m a huge inconvenience as a customer or that I have some sort of problem (which I don’t):/
On most occasions I just let these sort of things slide because it feels like a petty issue, but it’s happened on 4 separate occasions and I honestly think they just need an upgrade in their professionalism.
No other issues with UPS company though (on phone or otherwise)…

Passport photo was rejected, and they refused a refund

UPS & This location is a joke. I did not even receive a delivery notice, I had to find my order and following the tracking link to find out that they had attempted to delivery my package which can not be true as I work from home and there is always someone at our place, no one buzzed my place.
The tracking stated it was at the Main Street location in Vancouver, I went there to find a handwritten sign stating they are closed from July 10-13th and all packages were sent to the West 2nd Ave location.
So I go to the next location, waited in the UPS lobby for over 20 mins while the lady “Ran to the bank”. She returns and nope my package is not there and I will need to go back to Main Street UPS.
I went again on Sunday - location closed. Wow. Sooo I return for the 4th time to UPS today, my package is not there before closing the week before they sent all the packages back. Back where??… to the senders to the depot??. No one can answer where my package is now. WORST SHIPPING SERVICE AVOID USING!!!!

Attempted passport photos here and they were rejected twice at the passport office due to a shadow behind the head. Waste of time going to them for the photo and of two early mornings heading to the passport office to be rejected. Go somewhere else for passport photos.

Came here for passport photos. Friendly enough chap who did photos for us.Not particularly happy about paying $40 for two passport photos! Don’t bother coming here for passport photos - go to London Drugs instead!!!

UPS doesn’t even TRY to deliver. All my neighbours know it as well. We leave notes by the buzzer and do they buzz? NO! All day expecting a package just to receive a “sorry we missed you”.

They don't even attempt to deliver at your door, they would rather drop off packages at the store for customers to pick up.

Have only dropped off packages here as returns over the last few years, but have never had an issue. They even took a large package that another UPS located refused to take. They're consistently fast, friendly, and easy to deal with.

Friendly Staff and easy to deal with! Ive always had problems with other UPS stores not giving drop receipts, but they have no problem printing if asked.

For a door to door service that's paid for there was no delivery attempted. No note left. Sender had to email me tracking and I picked up at the depot. The UPS counter guys exact words - "it's getting pretty common they'll just drop it off at the store without a delivery past broadway". Pressed him on it saying they're charging people for full service and wasting a lot of people's time waiting at the house while expecting delivery, chasing tracking, and ultimately taking time off to pick up at the store for something not fully delivered.He shrugged and said "your best bet is calling customer service and if enough people complain they might do something about it"Thought I'd take his recommendation and complain about UPS' terrible service and follow up but also warn others about it too.Plenty of shipping companies out there that value your time and money.

Took passport photo and didn't ask me to remove airpods (half my responsibility but you are also paid $17 to click a button) and then proceeds to print without asking me and when I ask for the digital which is what I needed, asks me to pay double. $34 down the drain.

The customer service has usually been excellent until these new owners took over. Got a package for the wrong mailbox. Couldn't find the parcels even though email was sent by them. Terrible
