The UPS Store is a great little place to ship out your stuff and handle printing needs. Staff are described as absolutely amazing, extremely efficient, super helpful, and friendly, always with a smile. They are very helpful with packing, finding the cheapest way to ship, and assisting with tedious tasks. Customers report receiving the best service they've ever experienced, with seamless delivery and good service overall. Temper expectations, as the interior is dimly lit and not the prettiest, but this does not hinder the service. There is often only one person working, so waits can occur when staff must thoroughly assist other customers. While most experiences are positive, one past incident involved a lost package where no help was provided, serving as a reminder to always get a confirmation. Overall, the staff's efficiency and helpfulness make it a highly recommended location.

The young lady who has helped me with my printing a number of times has been extremely efficient and when necessary has helped make the printed output perfect. Very happy with her service there as I had been with others before her!
