Groom and groomsmen’s rented suits from here and there were holes in the pants and jacket, stains on the white shirts, the shoes were VERY uncomfortable.Horrible suits.

scheduled appointment for tux rentals, went in and they had very little variation of sizes/colours available to try on as everything was apparently out. Would be nice if they had minimum items on hand or ensure that appointments are made on days when inventory exists. would not recommend.

Good products but unable to keep any agreed timeline. Have been buying 5+ shirts over time and all of them came much later than promised and only after calling and reminding a bunch of times.

My husband got his wedding suit made there, with a custom-made shirt as well. The previous store he had gone to had felt too stuffy, so he appreciated the more friendly vibe of the Tux Store. The process to have his measurements taken and pick the fabric was pretty straightforward. They were not sure the colourful lining he had picked would work with the white suit, but they said they would try to make it work – and they did! The result was amazing, and he got tons of compliments.We got the suit a month later than expected, but we still had enough time before the wedding. However, the store did become a bit unresponsive when the suit was not ready by the expected date. We were always ready for there to be delays, but it was unnerving to not receive the promised callback, multiple times.He also didn't receive the pocket square he had ordered with the rest, but he realized months after the wedding.

Best suit and fit ever! Rented a tux and shoes for a wedding and was asked several times if it was tailor made. You must provide measurements and book an appointment ahead of time and expect to take a hour or two for fitting. They shortened the sleeves of the jacket and the rest came off the rack. Everything except underwear and socks were provided. Highly recommended.

Store was okay. **did not rent, can't speak to suits themselves**Apparel quality seemed quite great and have heard good things, but did not end up renting so take this review as a review for store/service itself not suit quality or price.Selection was smaller than I expected and sizes not as expansive as other places, thus me going elsewhere.Coolest thing was the signed hockey memorabolia but that doesn't really help with suits for me.

Good service and friendly staff, but disappointed with the suits themselves. A few of us who rented suits had shirts that were stained and holes in the jackets or pants.I'd more carefully inspect the suit next time or simply buy a tuxedo to ensure quality,

I've come here for suit rentals twice and had great experiences both times. I recently came in to get a suit made for the first time and again had another great experience, I was quite indecisive and Won was patient and helpful the entire time and I look forward to picking up my suit.

I had a fantastic experience renting a tux from Won for my wedding this August. As someone who almost never wears a suit/tux, he explained everything and made the process extremely comfortable and easy to understand. His staff even accommodated a last minute shirt size change, and the tux fit perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with how it looked on the big day, and it was one less thing to stress over - I’d definitely recommend The Tux Store to anyone, and I’ll definitely use their services in the future!

The staff were extremely accommodating. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The process for all the groomsmen was super easy and they were super pleasant to deal with. Have another wedding coming up and will be renting another tuxedo . Thank you for providing such a great service to the community.

The staff were either too busy or didn't care to be friendly to my husband and I when we visited to look for a rental suit. Their lead times were longer than other places, but the shop seemed organised and tidy. I'm sure the service would have been better on a slower day.
