The ladies behind the pharmacy counter are super nice! however, their hours being shorter has led me to move my prescriptions elsewhere. They have completely changed the products that they sell, and now everything is natural, which is great when you’re looking for those types of products, however, when you want to quickly run to the nearest pharmacy and pick something up that you need it can sometimes be an inconvenience as the prices are higher

I really like the staff here in all honesty, but with the hours being shorter and them closing unexpectedly for renovations that recently cost me missing a dose of medication, which caused me to go to the hospital as a result (because it was locked away in their store) I have to walk away and transfer my file to a different Pharmacy at this point.I will always thank the Girls for there hard work and great customer service. But it falls on the Owner and Manager.

This Pharmacy canceled our 2nd dose Moderna appointments at the last minute - "sorry for the inconvenience".What a joke. And they wonder why small businesses are going out of business.Scrambling to find another appointment was incredibly stressful - thanks to Walgreen's for being a professional and well organized company, we found one - needing to travel to Seattle from Vancouver. This place is irresponsible and lame.

All the women who work here are wonderful, kind and helpful. The male pharmacist who is bald and wears glasses (Albin) is extremely cold, rude and disrespectful. I've delt with him on a few occasions and every time is exactly the same. He doesn't care about his customers at all. He makes me feel like I've done something to offend him whenever I try to get a prescription filled or I have questions.I have been coming to this Pharmacy for a long time and have always previously been welcomed with warmth and friendly faces. Due to the one pharmacist, I'm unfortunately switching. He severely lacks customer care and compassion of any kind.

This pharmacy used to be terrific with great people working there. However, they have new ownership and the service is not good. I booked a flu shot for 11am online for November 3rd, and got there at 11:02. They told me to sit in a small room and wait. I did so. After 15 mins I got up and asked if it would be much longer and the new pharmacist told me that there is a 30 minute window! I had two wait for 25 minutes and he was indifferent to my wait. Not impressed at all.

This pharmacy has the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are consistently helpful, caring, efficient, and accurate. It's conveniently located with easy parking, and you never have to wait for service.

The Pharmacy has a great small pharmacy feel. When you call, a person answers the phone and there is rarely ever any wait times when picking up prescriptions. They are well organised and charge fair prices for prescriptions and the service is great. I switched from a larger, busier pharmacy and wished I made the change sooner.

Three stars are for the Pharmacy which is excellent.I'm still switching The prices for anything else in the store are insanely highabout 15% above even Shoppers. I get sick of the disingenuous "If you need any help." It's a very small store, you can ask once, or preferably not at all, after that I know you think I'm stealing, and I don't, also I'm that stupid, it's a square store, with mirrors on every corner. Today I just put my things down and left I won't be back.

The relationship between the pharmacist and the patient is at the core of the provision of pharmaceutical care. Chloe and Sarah have based their practice on this principle and are the epitome of patient-centered care. 10/10 would fill again

I need a flu shot for my twins at centerpoint medical centre but unfortunately theyre out of those vaccines , so they refer us to the next door which is a pharmacy. Weve met sarah who is very Nice and accommodating. She have explained the procedures of rhe shot and talk to my young twin boys how easy and not painful the shot is. My twin bots are really anxious of getting the shot but tha ks to the great patience of ms chloe the pharmacist who really really great on her profession she managed to administer the shot in spite of multiple attempts and lots of assurance for my kids. Sarah and chloe did a great job of that time and i am truly grateful of their service. This pharmacy is one of a kind, the service and the treatment to their customers/guest is something the best unforgettable experience i have gotten so far from a pharmacy here in canada. 5 stars to both ladies.

Now that is what amazing service looks like! Super happy with this pharmacy and the pharmacist in particular. I went in to purchase some testing equipment yesterday. The pharmacist took the time to walk me through each of the many steps, ensuring that I understood the how and why. Prices were reasonable and I'll definitely be back!
