I was looking for skin peeling serum but they said the government do not allow them to sell in store but the staff was amazing she recommended me products better for my skin. I had really amazing experience.

Excellent! The store is on the corner between Hastings and Howe, in a beautiful area of Vancouver. Nice and neat display, professional and knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of The Ordinary products. I've been using Deciem products for years while travelling around the world, and while the custom service is always good, this store deserves 5 stars for the level of professionalism and knowledge about products. Thank you. Deciem is the best for cruelty free skin care?

I recently visited The Ordinary store on Howe Street in Vancouver ( Tuesday at 5:45 pm) and unfortunately had a disheartening experience. Despite making a purchase well above the qualifying amount for a promotion clearly outlined on the website, I encountered unnecessary challenges from the cashier.To make matters worse, a blonde-haired staff member intervened with an aggressive and grumpy attitude, displaying unprofessional behavior. Her impatience and dismissive body language were not only disappointing but left me feeling humiliated as a customer.I value The Ordinary for its quality products, but the lack of professionalism exhibited during my visit was disconcerting. Customer service is paramount in any retail establishment, and this experience fell short of expectations.

Love it! You can your cosmetics empties for recycling. I don’t know any products that didn’t work. It’s great! Just choose wisely, on your needs, ask the experts for an advice. It’s really helpful when you use is with understanding why, when and how. Thank you!

One of my favorite serums! I love the ordinary and it comes at affordable price. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately they are not allowed to have peeling solution serum like we have in USA but I got myself other great products like lactic acid, retinol and hyaluronic acid.

I love The Ordinary brand products. They're affordable, effective, and long lasting. Id been been using the 2% hyaluronic acid and multi-peptide eye serum. Im 41 and always get compliments on how I do not look my age. I chalk it up to genetics but Im also sure having the right tools to ensure my skin stays hydrated helps. The first time I stumbled upon the Abnormal Beauty company was when they had a storefront on South Granville. And I didn't know why I went in. The lady asked me about my top concerns, which led her to recommend these two products for me. This was about a year and a half ago. And Ive replaced these products once already. Now that that location is closed, Im making the short trek to downtown. It's worth it. Overall if you're looking for something simple for your skin, try The Ordinary. Aside from face wash, the two products I get from them are the only things I use on my skin.

The staff are simply amazing, so helpful! I ordered some items online to be picked up in store, but the promotional item that was to be given away for free wasnt in stock, so they substituted that item for another skin cleanser that was more expensive for free! Great service, very happy with DECIEM, and their products are very reasonably priced and super effective.

Good brand and definitely good products but the problem is the sales person who doesn’t have enough knowledge about their products or services. I visited the store few weeks back and the experience with customer service was too poor ?. You can visit the store but make sure you know what you are going to purchase!!!

I love Deciem for serving up all the best skin sauces at the most affordable price points. Great products, full of the good stuff, and no excess fillers. Always lovely customer service when shopping in stores. And the beautiful branding overall doesn’t hurt either.

This is my ultimate favourite placeEvery time I visit Vancouver from Hamilton, Ontario I visit the Howe St location. Tasha is amazing she is extremely knowledgeable and has really been a huge help for me. I am a true believer in Deciem and the ordinary products. But having someone as amazing as Tasha is exactly what makes this place special. You guys are very lucky to have this wonderful young lady.
