WARNING do not buy on “sale” items as they do not honour and back the quality of their products. Shoes with cork features began to break down after just two weeks of use just walking. I firmly believe the selling of defective items “on sale” is a deceptive way to unload products known to have problems and they still get to keep your money. Disappointed because I have been happy with their products in the past.
Trying to give me “leather conditioner” products is not a decent substitute for just honouring a customer who has paid money and was sold a known defective product.

Inexperienced sales staff who know absolutely nothing about PST and customer service. I left without socks that I wanted to buy for my daughter b/c the sales clerk, couldn’t figure out the PST exemption ?

I love Naot shoes, they're one of the few shoes that I find comfortable. I own many pairs. I went to the Vancouver store this week fully intending to buy at least two pairs of shoes, but left empty handed. The staff made me quite uncomfortable. They hovered over me while I browsed. While I was trying on shoes, 2 staff members stood close to me with their arms crossed and watched my every move. When I got up to walk around the store to test the shoes, I had not taken more than 3 steps before being asked how do they feel. I have never felt more uncomfortable or rushed while trying shoes on. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. I walked out empty handed.

Beautiful shoes and excellent service. The staff were super helpful and made my shopping day with my mom a blast! We bought 4 pairs collectively and we each have very specific footwear needs. The shoes are incredibly comfortable and the leather is weathering beautifully. Highly recommended!

I went in looking for something specific, but the women working had such poor English that it impacted their ability to help me. To their credit, they did try to help me, but I walked out feeling like I might have found what I needed if only the language barrier had been less obstructing.
