Bunch of rude disrespectful jacks who gave people shorts or give coins that are from overseas that look exactly like Canadian coins. I would stop everyday to get Monster energy drink and they looked at me as if I didn't have the money yet they scammed me. I wouldn't be surprised if they scam 50 people a day who pays cash, that would be $500 better than call centre.

This is my store. There is so much of anything you could possibly ever need and the prices are excellent. Most of the staff is kind and friendly. MOST. Tonight I got a shortish kinda chubby young guy with glasses. He is hands down THE coldest clerk and human i have ever come across. Borderline rude tbh. He needs to go. He obviously hates his job, or the customers or his life. Regardless he makes being in that store uncomfortable at the very least. If his boss is reading this it's August 8, 2023 4:50 am. Fire that kid. He's definitely killing the vibe , and ultimately....your business. I'll be going to Solo Mart where they're always friendly anytime I see this hate-asaurus behind the till.

I had an amazing customer service experience recently. Despite taking my time with multiple questions, the worker remained patient and provided expert assistance throughout. They listened, showed great product knowledge, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, making this interaction truly exceptional. Highly recommended! Kudos to the worker and the owner for the tremendous training!!

Best shop for vapes at commercial drive that is open 24/7 with exceptional customer service. If you ask about the prices, they are way more cheaper than the other stores. They also have amazing deals on vapes and presently they are running a promotional program. I personally recommend you this store for all kinds of vapes , bongs, Cubans, snacks, exotic drinks.
