The company is bankrupt and they don't accept gift cards at ALL . When ask for a email or number, they don't give any details. This is ridiculous NOT ACCEPTABLE A COMPANY LIKE THIS.

I purchased two Body Butters, Coconut and Mango. Both are very solid in consistency and hard to apply. A far cry from the old formula of a rich creamy easy to apply product. I have tried to whip the product up by mixing it with a spoon, I have even tried adding a small amount of Body Lotion to make the product easier to apply. I am extremely disappointed with this product and unfortunately will not purchase it again.It’s a shame, as the original product was excellent. This new formula is terrible.

I went to the store with my nephew, he was looking for some extra gifts for his girlfriend, for Christmas.I'm sorry I don't recall the young woman's name but she has her bangs dyed white, I had asked her if she had them done after Cruella de Vil, and she laughed, quickly said NO, lol.She impressed me with her exceptional customer service, and she was just a very kind person who really seems to care about the customer. She walked us around the store and when my nephew went to pay, she even stood and just kept me company, even though the store was very busy. My nephew went to speak with the manager and asked how we can give her a proper review, she said this is the best way.I was in customer service for over 30 years and this was some of the best I have received, especially at this time of year when staff can get overwhelmed by the craziness of the season, she was kind and very welcoming to everyone.I live in Maple Ridge, the trip to Vancouver was nice, but the experience in your store was worth going to the city.It was the best service we had in the four hour visit to the city.

I often come to get a specific item, as always I walk in and I am greeted and feeling welcomed. However when checking out the cashier (pris) was very condescending “nice” after I asked her about a coupon I may have on file. I almost wish I I didn’t purchase and just walked out oh well.
