Charged me $1300 for service and parts which isn't the actuallythe reason I am dissatisfied, but the guy said he wouldn't give me Uber credits to go home. Considering the service isn't cheap, it's crazy to be expected to pay out of my own pocket to get back to North Vancouver. And why would they not tell my this before I came in? Wasted far too much of my day figuring out how I was going to get back home and come back to pick up my car.

Arthur at the Tesla Powell service centre was fantastic. He was polite, helpful with instructions, even vacuumed the leaves before I left. Service was timely, and the simplicity of drop-off and pickup was second to none. Love that they fully charged my battery before pickup. All dealers should learn from Tesla.

This is my favorite Tesla service center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting lounge has coffee, water and snacks. They even have charging ports. You can drop in and rarely have to wait.

Had my car serviced at this location once they did a splendid job excellent service and also follow up an explanation when I visited and as well I called in today to talk about a problem I had and Ryan was very helpful on the phone it's very refreshing to find Tesla is trying to help people in fixing their cars themselves and as well offering great advice for a situation or a problem I'm having with my Model 3 - excellent work Tesla keep it up!

Helpful and knowledgeable. Staff here are experienced. The centre is small than others but are more polite, listens to your problems and suggests good options. My Tesla was making rattling sound and didn’t knew from where it was coming. They suggested few steps to record the sound and when presented, working on the facts. Recommend this place.

repair status and all communications updated regularly in tesla app save lots of time. picking up the completed car and returning of loaner car are all done over the app as well, so I can even do it after my work hrs instead of my day off.

Came in today as I had a problem with the charging cable that came with my model3. Was helped by Ryan (first via mobile app and then in-person). Customer service and follow up was great and my issue was quickly resolved. I mentioned noticing a separate issue with a window seal and Ryan also helped to investigate, confirmed the problem, and booked me a follow up appointment to get it serviced. Overall, very happy with the location and service.

This is the best tesla service centre, my wife took our M3 in for some work and Kim went above and beyond!! Very happy and this location would be our regular service centre from now on. We live in Surrey and would rather drive all the way into Vancouver instead of the closer Langley location! Again, thank you Kim!! ~ Ray&Fenny ~

Powell St tesla performed an inspection on a 2013 model s before I bought it. They didn't note that the main screen was leaking. They also missed the tail light that was half burnt out. They did manage to mention the tires were cracking and that the tpms light was on. They had the car long enough to drive it 40km. They definitely saw the screen problem but failed to mention it. I bought the car thinking that the screen had a screen protector on it as the previous owner had indicated. When I had mobile service come to program a new key fob, he instantly noticed the leaking screen. New screen is $2600. When I called to complain they said that screens aren't part of the inspection process. Looking at the inspection form, tpms is also not part of the inspection but they did write that down. After hrs of phone calls and sending an email that was never replied to, I was only able to get labour included on a new tail light. Very poor outcome. Tesla has terrible customer service
