The owner is deeply unhinged. He likes to instigate + start issues and then whip out his cellphone to record. He threatens to call the police all over a parking spot. What a great business model. No wonder he gets no business!

Awful experience. These people are stalkers and are very rude. Parked my car and was planning to go into another store first (cell phone repair) to drop off my phone then was going to grab some groceries at Teng's market. As soon as I got out of my car, what appeared to be the owner, started following me and asked if I was going into the store and stated that parking was for customers only. I said I was going to drop my phone off across the street first and then come back to do my shopping. The man then tells me I need to do my shopping first - who is he to tell me what I'm allowed to do first? Very poor experience and also make me feel very uncomfortable . I'll take my business elsewhere.

They have a rat problem. Noticed a few products chewed up on the edges. Rat smell. Be careful on what you pick up.

Do not recommend this place. Parked there man comes out and was extremely rude asking me to move. He started getting really close to me I felt threatened so stepped out of the car the man runs screaming saying I am trying to hit him. The man calls the cops tells them I tried to hit ?? what a joke of a man no wonder they don’t have business

the guy who claims to be the owner started cursing because ai parked in his parking lot. I was thinking to go buy something and the moment he saw me he started yelling that this parking is only for my customers yet i was thinking of going to his store. Worst store I've ever seen extremely rude. would never visit to this store again.

Extremely rude staff. Parked on the parking lot nearby and a guy who claims to be the owner started yelling at me (small kids inside the car) cursing and middle finger.He could easily approach us in a polite manner but he didn’t care.NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE.

The quality of produce is very poor, several vegetables were going bad. The prices of shelf products are also more expensive than TNT! The only thing I could meekly buy was cilantro.I also just witnessed an employee (medium height older asian man) yelling and spitting at someone in the parking lot. No idea what was going on but I could hear the employee from the other side of the parking lot.Good thing I took the transit today but I definitely will not come back due to the appalling conditions of the store and rude customer service.0/10 experience. First and last time here.

I went into the store with my child today. We did not buy anything. When we left the store, a middle aged male employee made threats toward us; he said that we could not park if we did not purchase. He took a picture of us and our car. I felt unsafe. Is it even legal to take a picture without consent? I would warn off any customers using their parking lot.

A man who turned out to be one of the store’s staff was lurking by the corner of the store parking lot. You can sense his eyes following you everywhere you go. After coming out of the store without purchasing anything, he came over and said he would ticket us because we did not purchase anything. We even offered to go back in the store to buy something to please him. He yelled, “It’s too late!” He proceeded to take photos of our vehicle. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

The staff was very rude and not helpful. They were nice to the other Asian customers but treated us bad because we were Latinos. A racist grocery store.

OMG, I was yelled at by an old asian man (owner?) in front of the store because he somehow imagined I parked without an intention to buy. BTW, my car was the only car parked there lol. Instead of barking at customers the guy should have taught their stuff to say "hi, how are you" to customers. Gosh, the cashier did not say a word but I saw her thinly veiled aggressive look. Why, why?
