As a long term Bell Mobility subscriber, due to their incompetence we were looking for a different cell provider, enter Telus. The service rep that helped us was Anish, he was fantastic. He resolved all of our issues in moving from Bell to Telus. The service that Anish provided was incredible, I actually told him to walk up the street to Bell and give them customer service training. Well done Anish!

Terrible customer servise. Staff was also even rude when questioned about mistakes they themselves made. A waste of time. They need to recruit and retrain people...

Worst and such a disappointment visit. Called prior to my visit as looking for specific iphone. So talked/confirmed with Fatima(called herself A MANAGER) that she will hold the phone for me as only one in stock. Appreciated her as she was gonna put it on hold(told her its for bday gift). Arrived at the store at 6:57pm which was earlier than 7pm the time i told her originally and ASA i got in, been told that another customer was taking it already(saw another customer in process of getting it). Plus she told me that i was late??? Wth??!! So i showed her the time, but she came up with ridiculous nonsense excuses. Such a big disappointment as supposed to be a bday gift and big waste of time even to drive there to get in rush. Worst ever customer service experienced after been a Telus customer for decades. Should’ve kept her words as she promised to her customer. Wasted.

The guy who was working overthere with the long hair didn't help me as I expected. He could help me better,but he just told me I have to figure it out by myself because he has another customer!!!! (The time he spent answering my question was less than 30 seconds!!!)

Yesterday, (Sept 9, 1715 hrs) my wife and I went into this store at the instruction of the customer service rep for Telus. We purchased a phone from Telus and are entitled to a Samsung 6 watch. The rep said to go into the store, explain the situation and pick up the watch. When we walked into the store we asked if they had these watches in stock and they said they did. While I was explaining to the rep our, situation another person entered the store that appeared to be friends with our rep. After explaining why we were in the store we were told that we had to work through the reps on the phone and that we couldn't pick up the watch at the store. The floor rep looked impatient (I guess she wanted to talk to her friend) and said she could not help us. I asked her if she had a watch in the store and this time she said no as did the other person behind the counter. So we left. First, they appeared to say they had a watch then they didn't. Secondly, customers first, not your friends visiting, third and most importantly, help out the customer or at least try to. Not cool! Very negative interaction

Nathan is the man!! :)I was having a very strange problem porting my number from Freedom. However, once I visited the TELUS store on Robson Street to explain the issue, Nathan was the name of the in-store representative who went the extra mile and took the initiative to call channel support to see if he could get my problem solved. In the end, the steps he took ultimately lead to me getting my problem solved so I wanted to come here and say that I truly appreciate his help and support!Excellent customer service and great job, Nathan! Thanks!

The telus are worst customer services ever, I am a loyalty customer with telus, and was wondering ask some questions regarding rate plan change. Their sales rep fatina didn't want to help me to check their system. Then, just told me call customer service number regarding all issues. Then told me she only care new customer. And new sign up. Never visit that store ever again.

If you get a random call from this number, it's likely a scammer spoofing the Telus number (i.e. looks legit but is fake). I asked for a call back number and they provided one that doesn't seem to be from Telus. Checking a number of reviews, it seems to be a recent occurrence. Hopefully Telus will be able to look into this and can do something about it.Do not give your personal information out to them.Update: It seems that they've stopped spoofing this number but are making calls with a new one.

Just received a call from this store, even though I have never requested a call from them. I was a bit suspicious at first as I had reecived two very suspicious calls from Best Buy prior, but when I checked the phone number, I discovered that it did, in fact, belong to a Telus store. I apologised to David (the person making the call), but he decided that it was better to get rude and tell me to jump through a hole in the wall and stop wasting HIS time. When I reminded him that I hadn't requested a call, that he had called me unsolicited and I had still been completely polite with him, he hung up on me. I tried calling the store back, but he refused to answer the phone and while I was listening to the voicemail, he called me again. I answered thinking that perhaps he had hung up accidentally and realised that he was not paying attention when I explained why I checked his number, but he started into his sales call like we had never spoken before (literally seconds after hanging up on me) At first, he completely denied that we had ever spoken and then after I went over the details of our call, he claimed that I had two different numbers! Why a store in vancouver is calling an Ontario area code I do not know, but he denied calling the same number twice and hung up on me again. I tried calling back once again and left a voicemail, promising I would write this review. I will also try to contact Telus about this as well, because frankly, I am very happy with Telus and feel like they should probably be made aware of these antics.Update: Seems David called me a third time while I was calling Telus and left me a voicemail of him breathing heavily - incredibly bizarre behaviour. I did call Telus and they did mention that there had been other complaints recently and will be looking into this for sure.

Received 3 calls from Telus today about ther promotion. The last phone call I said that they already called me twice today and that I am not interested. The Telus representative start telling me that I am "motherfu...". I hope Telus does record calls and able to find this employee. I did block Telus number and will never deal with Telus again. Maybe employee is stressed out about the announced laid offs but he does represent the company.

Called me telemarketing and the people hung up on me when I had asked for email confirmation of their services offering. I had told them the address differed from that they told me and they hung up.
