We had such a great experience on Sunday with Nigel!! He stayed an hour after closing to help us purchase and set up a new phone. He was kind and friendly and valued us as customers. I have not had a great experience like this in such a long time! Thanks Nigel ☺️?

Every one please don’t come to this location because the people working there very miserable, very bad customer service , the East Indian lady specially very mean attitude, ( should not be in customer service if you are not happy with your job), I am surprised that Telus actually tolerated this kind of service I hope the owner or manager looks into this. Be helpful and happy if you are there to do service to public.
