I went to Sunny Electronics because I wanted to buy locally. I dealt with Stephen, the service and deal he gave me on my Samsung TV was way better then the corp stores. Very personal and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with him for any of your electronic needs.

Steven was super helpful with our question. We have a CD player that needs repair. He doesn’t offer repair service anymore but he kindly refers someone else to us with patient and kindness. Amazing individual. Would love to deal with them some day in the future!

I went to Sunny Electronics to order a specific projector screen that I was unable to find anywhere else in town, and by the end of my trip to the store I was so impressed with their service that I decided to buy my entire home theatre set up from them. The president, Stephen Tam was honest and upfront and was willing to work with my budget to ensure I left a satisfied customer. Sunny Electronics was able to beat prices from every other store (in Vancouver and online) on the specific products that I bought and had my system ready within a day. The employees helped load it up in my car and were all very nice to deal with. I definitely recommend you give them a shot if you are looking for anything in the audio/visual field. I was really impressed and will be coming back to Sunny Electronics when I'm ready to upgrade my system in the future.

Had encountered old home security cam reconnection issues which require professional reassessment. Decided to source Sunny electronics due to the high positive feedback from customers.Emailed owner Stephen who promptly responded and followed up on pics sent of connectivity system; assured he knows a personal contact who would be able to assist with a home visit.The recommended contact came and sorted out the issues this Sat at the home. Not only was he throughly efficient, professional and diligently worked at getting issues sorted out in that visit; the home security system is up and running.Also required a Roku setup assessment with an old Toshiba tv.The fella kindly looked spent some time on it and felt it could be either related to the old tv or the new Roku and advised me to go to Stephen again for consulatation.I brought in my old TV screen to Sunny electronics; Stephen and his team spent time to sort out the issues and directed me how to connect the whole thing and also setting up the Roku.I was very impressed on entering Sunny Electronics how well it was setup for Covid distancing. I was also very surprised with the number of high quality products for both home entertainment and comfort( massage chairs for home) in the clean and very organized environment.Most impressive to me was how helpful Stephen and his team were. There was no pressure tactics to sell me anything other than what I needed to do with what I already have.Needless to say, both the security system plus the old TV are functioning in tip top shape since.I would not hesitate referring this store and the team to my personal contacts for their future home entertainment electronic needs.Many thanks Stephen and team for your proficient and professional assistance to me.

Who knew I have such a high-end Hi-Fi store right in my neighbourhood? Don't be fooled by the unassuming look of the store from the outside and a slightly difficult experience to get into the store (needing to get buzzed in and you will get handed a mask if you don't bring your own), but once you're in, you get to experience superb equipment. I was on a look for some Paradigm speakers and spent many hours with Joseph auditioning the selection they have on display. He was very supportive of all my requests and patiently helped me find the ideal setup for my desires. Definitely a better experience than all the big-box retailers around. I'll return for all my future audio/video needs!

I had questions about a system my dad purchased from here almost 20 years ago. Stephen was amazing to talk to over the phone. He was patient and explained how my system could link together and seemed very calm and knowledgeable.If I need anything, I would call Stephen.(updated)
