Service was fast and friendly! I spent a week back and forth with a different computer repairman who was unable to fix my issue—Strong Computer found and fixed it very quickly with no problems since, and removed all the dust from the inside. Fingers crossed I have no more computer problems, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.

Derek is the guy to go to for efficient and effective repairs. I’ve had him install multiple new components into my laptop and I’m always pleased. All the other stores ask for a weeks time just for something simple like a battery replacement, but Derek just gets it done quick so I can go about my day. I’ll definitely be back if I need help in the future!

I sought professional assistance to repair my GPU's fan, during which the fan was replaced. Regrettably, subsequent to this service, my GPU experienced a complete failure. Despite this unfortunate outcome stemming from the repair, the technician declined to reimburse the cost of the fan replacement. This situation requires a resolution that aligns with ethical standards and established business practices.

My gaming laptop was overheating, it needed to be fully dissembled and new thermal paste applied, a very complicated and time consuming job. Strong computer said it was no problem and completed it in a day and now my laptop is no longer overheating. Very happy.

Derek helped me fix my MSI keyboard, and even gave me a free screwdriver so that I could repair my laptop myself when my power button was crushed by my birds. I highly recommend this place!! :)

I had a fan error! I was aiming to drop my laptop to his shop. When I went there it hasn't been opened yet. Then went to the next door shop providing repair works as well. Since they didn't want to deal with my old laptop and suggested to visit next door neighbour, Strong Computer!He immediately saw the problem. He knew what needs to be done. Now I got my laptop back within 10 days with a reasonable price...
