A short while ago, I found a pair of chukka boots that I liked from Steve Madden. I wanted to thank Ashley, one of the managers, for the way she checked in with me, gave me space, and helped me buy the boots. I appreciated her level of attentiveness—not too much, not too little.
As a side note, the customer service at this location has improved over the past five years or so; just wanted to commend the managers for making changes. 🙌

I recently picked up a pair of sandals from Steve Madden, and I have to say, Rhytham’s service was amazing. She really took the time to show me different styles and helped me find exactly what I needed. The boots I chose are perfect, they’re comfortable enough for everyday wear but still have that stylish edge for a night out. I’ve already worn them a few times, and they add just the right vibe to any outfit! Big thanks to Rhytham for making the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Very nice shopping experience this morning with Mary. She was kind and caring, with just the right amount of presence, she would step in and step away just at the right time, and me being a little shy she made me feel very comfortable at the shop. Very delightful person. I bought the Cecily shoes which are lovely. Unfortunately I had to visit the shop a few times because the pairs I was trying always had a manufacturing fault (a wrinkle, then a missing stitch, then a scratch) but this morning I found a flawless pair. The shoes design is fantastic, too bad there seems to be manufacturing / quality control issues.
Edit a couple hours later: also, the “Safe Step” anti-slip stickers I purchased unfortunately had the opposite effect—they made my shoes more slippery, which created a bit of a safety concern while walking around at a restaurant. Once I removed the stickers, I found that the rubber sole of the shoes was actually quite anti-slip on its own.

I went to the store to complete and exchange because after two days of using my shoes it just broke down and all the employees are just talking and chatting around, the only one that was supper attentive and willing to help me was Mary

I did a return today (within the 30 days), the worker was so rude and accused me of wearing the shoes out when I did not. The bottoms of the shoes are very easy to scrape. I should have taken a photo before I bought them, others have tried them on but I didn't complain- they are shoes, there will be some scuff!
I bought 2 shoes and kept one. I should have written a review when I purchased them about how nobody helped me even though there were workers standing around with their hands behind their backs. I will not be coming back and I will tell my friends not to come back either.

When you’ve sold a faulty product that breaks within hours of purchase, don’t give your customers condescending lectures and act like you’re doing a favour by refunding them. As others have mentioned, one female staff member in particular is rude and arrogant.

The staff were Very rudeAll the employees seemed unkind because of only a female employee.I just went to there for refund but She looked like she didn't want me to refund .She really gave me a dirty look.It was so sucks.I remember her face. I wannna tell to a store manager or an owner about her attitude.I don't think she deserves this job.Even one star is too wasteful!!!Hey! If you don't wanna work, just go home!!
