I really don’t know who this company thinks they’re fooling with their awful radio ad campaign. The entire “wholesome old lady that knows what’s good for you” schtick is incredibly pretentious and cringe-worthy. It’s clear this campaign is driven by some egotistical ownership group but I can’t stress enough how awful this is to listen to and how much I will be informing my entire social circle to avoid Spence diamonds at all cost

I cannot say that I will EVER purchase from Spence - their total-amateurish commercials, bombarding radio waves, is nauseating. I find myself constantly switching stations trying to avoid the fingers-on-chalkboard voices of Fiona and cohorts. Their foolish and disconnected chat-subject matter should be ticketed for causing distracted driving as I am sure I am not the only one tuning them OUT!

Amazing service, huge selection. What i like is that you can touch all their display diamond rings to see if it fits you. I went in looking like I just rolled around in a garbage heap(smell not included) and i was treated just like any other customer. As they say, dont judge a book by its cover and they got a huge sale out of me, paid in full! Photos to be added later.

I was on the hunt for wedding bands and a buddy suggested checking out Spence Diamonds. They've got this crazy wide selection. No joke, Spence was hands down the best spot with the best service. Staff is very welcoming. We recommend asking for Mercedes our diamond consultant at the Vancouver store.

I highly recommend Jessica Hsueh as your Diamond Consultant at Spence Diamonds (888 Burrard St). I was there with my friend today and Jessica was easy-going and informative. I enjoyed her enthusiasm for diamonds, especially when she gets technical or "nerdy" going into the details. It was a refreshing and enlightening experience. I would go back just to learn more about artisan created diamonds from her.Some highlights from our experience today:- Jessica gave us plenty of room and time to explore and there was no pressure to purchase.- While we explored the store she would check-in on us in a timely manner and provide us with a quick "fun-fact".- She was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanations.- She explained how each shape differs from each other and how band colour and material differs.- She provided us with a personalized experience; she was very thoughtful and considerate, recalling details that my friend had mentioned about her partner.- We received complimentary bottled water.Thanks Jessica H!

I felt like we were profiled and felt like the consultants are RACIST.My wife and I got the most ridiculous service at this location during my visit. I scheduled an appointment at 4pm. But was never entertained by any of their “consultants.”We arrived at 330pm hoping to get accommodated at an earlier time but we noticed that all the consultants were occupied with their current clients. So my wife and I waited for our scheduled appointment at 4pm. While waiting, we noticed that the store was quickly filling up with new walk-ins (interesting enough, all of which were white people).Okay, we do understand it was a busy day, but we arrived earlier. We waited patiently for our turn. But these racist consultants chose to prioritize accommodating “white” people first.THIS EXPERIENCE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND OUTRAGEOUS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALL FOR THE REASON OF HOW WE WERE MISTREATED.We came to the store with an intention of purchasing a ring. Instead we got treated poorly.

Don’t come here not wearing fancy clothes. They’re racist and they don’t prioritize those who don’t dress fancy. My husband and I came here because my husband wants to buy me a bigger diamond as a gift. I already have a diamond engagement ring and I’m just thinking about resizing it since it’s too big for me but my husband says that he wants to replace it with bigger diamond as a gift since we’re our now done saving for our new house. We came here with our home clothes because our condo is just around the corner so we just wore our shoes and came here for our appointment. We came earlier than our appointment but no one is entertaining us except the front desk guy, but we thought that maybe it’s because we’re early so we’re not so bothered. But 30 minutes after our appointment, no one is still entertaining us. And there are people who came later than us but they accommodated them first. We followed up with the front desk guy and he said that the specialists are still busy so we just let it even though it’s past our appointment time. But after few mins, another white female entered the store and the specialist entertained that again first so we just got pissed and left. They didn’t even follow the appointment time. They are aware of our appointment time but don’t want to be mad at first because the front desk guy was so nice, but after seeing the specialists entertaining everyone that arrived later than us, we just got pissed. We have nothing against white people, they are all very nice and it’s not their fault that the specialists are accommodating them first but we just got so pissed with the specialist. Never going back to this store again

Jessica H, our Diamond Consultant was awesome. Very easy to talk with and helpful on explaining everything in detail. There was no pressure and made the experience "spicy", fun and exciting.

Not overly thrilled with the fact that I had my engagement ring remade (to the tune of +$1200) in February and in July it bent out of shape to the point where I couldn’t wear it. Yet I had never had to have it reshaped in the 33 previous years nor was the ring I wear with it misshapen in any way. Not sure about the gold they used and not happy about the fact that I had to pay another $50 to have it fixed. The explanation my husband got was perhaps I was carrying heavy bags which could have caused it….really????
