We are so happy with our 36” hemi bowl. We went to the warehouse sale and Kris was amazing, he was so patient and helpful. Even the president came over to chat with us and helped with loading. Beautiful products and excellent customer service!

Small is beautiful, even in the rain
We purchased our Hemi 26” three years ago. It sits on our small, covered deck overlooking our patio. We were concerned about the size of the fire pit because of the small deck space, but it’s been perfect. The heat it radiates allows us to use it all year round. We love the contemporary design, the clean lines and the craftsmanship of the concrete. Everyone we dealt with at Solus for the purchase and installation were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Our latest contact with Solus was in April 2024. The service was “above and beyond.” We misplaced the large key that turns the gas on and off. Darlene in Administration facilitated the delivery of the replacement key by the company CEO who just happened to be on his way to Victoria for the weekend and personally delivered the keys to us. Needless to say, we were impressed!

I'm a landscape manager for Mandy's Spring Nursery, we purchased a fire bowl from Solus for a customer. The entire ordering, receiving, installation, and after the sale process has been excellent. Product came very well protected in the crate and in perfect condition, as expected but always great to have things go well. Very simple to install due to the way the fire bowl is assembled, simply had to hook it up to the gas line with the line it came with. Easy to adjust the flame height and look of them by adjusting the position of the stones that came with it. Overall very pleased with the company and the product, we will highly recommend them to future customers who are looking for outdoor fire features.

Fantastic outdoor fireplace!!!! (ROUND METAL TABLE TOP) The burners are another level remind me of the Olympic Cauldron downtown. Shoots fire ? ? in a very unique way. Worth every penny!
