I’ll be honest going mattress shopping has never been something I would say I enjoy however Joshua at this location may have changed that forever. He was very knowledgeable, funny, showed us all the options (which took hours tbh) and just made the entire experience actually very enjoyable. I will not shop for something sleep related anywhere else.

We had a great experience with Gustavo, navigating our king size mattress purchase. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and really took the time to ensure we felt cared for. He packaged a great deal for us, and we even decided to go ahead and buy an additional mattress for our guest room. I highly recommend mattress shoppers to seek his services.

We just had an amazing experience working with Joshua at Sleep Country on Broadway. I never thought buying a new mattress would be enjoyable, but Josh was knowledgeable, kind and tailored the experience to our exact needs. If you have been thinking about buying a new mattress, I would highly recommend at least coming in to talk to him.

Extremely disappointed. Had a great experience with the staff there, they’re lovely. But exchanging my mattress has been a huge headache. Had the mattress for 2 weeks, water proof mattress cover, and sheets on it from day one. The mattress still smells brand new. Decided to upgrade to a foam mattress as I have very bad back issues. Making the exchange at the store was relatively easy as the staff are kind and friendly. But when the delivery driver came he must of went over that mattress with a flashlight at least 5 times looking for the tiniest issues. Once he spotted this tiny, tiny, yellow spot he rejected the exchange. When they deliver the mattress they just throw it on the bed and leave, they even broke the front of my frame accidentally. I wouldn’t think to have to go over the mattress with a flashlight to ensure it’s brand new. But I guess I should have. Now I have a brand new bed I’m afraid to use or even come within 5 feet of on Christmas eve. Hoping to get this resolved but the exchange experience is frankly upsetting. If you think might not like your mattress I’d be careful.Take a look at the “stain” yourself in the photo below.

I went to the store this week with my wife as a mattress refresher was needed for us. We were lucky to have Elena's helped us. She took the time to assess our needs and offer different options for us. She never tried to update us and was very patient. This was our first experience with SCC and that was a 5 stars service
