Purchased a side sleeper Tempurpedic pillow at this location. While I was trying them all, the sales guy was rushing us and kept insisting "go with this one, it's got the best warranty" blah blah. I foolishly listened to him and the pillow cause me neck pain/headaches every night I used it. Came to return it only for him to tell us it's final sale. Not once was this mentioned as we were checking out. Somehow mattresses can be returned but not pillows?Absolutely abysmal service. Pushy commission hungry sales people. Steer clear!

The mattress platform that we ordered for delivery to our home would not fit through the door opening and there were no alternative entry options. The delivery guys were heroic in their efforts to make it work but, alas …
Tyler set us up with a split version of the platform and all ended well.

We just bought a Tempur-pedicure mattress and pillows from the Kerrisdale location, couldn’t have had a better experience. Adey is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. I learned so much and tried everything out. If you want to know everything about the product before you buy, see Adey, she will take very good care of you. They even hire the best delivery drivers…very satisfied from beginning to end!!

Our sales person Tylor was awesome. Tylor helped my partner and I select a mattress, pillows and sheets. He was knowledgeable and kind. This is the second positive experience I have had at Sleep Country Kerrisdale.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new adjustable bed frame and mattress set at this location. Our salesperson, Adey, was not only very knowledgeable about the many product lines, but she also made the experience a great deal of fun. We were presented with all the options at each price point and given all the time we needed to try them all out.I am so glad we found this location and met such a fun person to show us around. Thanks again Adey.

In 2016, when I started my first year at UBC, I went to Sleep Country's branch in Kerrisdale to buy furniture for my new flat. I noticed a female staff member in her mid-30s speaking Chinese to Chinese customers. A few minutes later, she approached me and asked if I spoke Chinese. When she found out that I wasn't a native speaker of either English or Chinese, she suddenly became condescending towards me, even though all I said was that I was looking for furniture. She implied that Sleep Country was only for wealthy customers and that I wasn't good enough to buy anything there. I was shocked and hurt by her racism and rudeness. She called a male staff member to help me and then left. This experience was traumatic for me and I can't forget it. I still can't go to Sleep Country. Even though I don't know if this staff member will ever read my review, I want to tell her that she was the worst retail staff I have ever encountered, and I will always remember her like that.

We had a great experience with this store in particular with Adey. Fantastic customer service. She made us feel welcomed and is very knowledgeable about the products there. We will be back in the near future and will recommend her and the Kerrisdale store.

I'd like to say a big Thank You to Ricky Leung (store manager) and Adey Merawi. My mattress bag was taken away by the delivery people so I came to the store for another one. The store manager of Broadway was really bad and not trying to help at all. However, when I visited the Kerrisdale branch, Ricky was super supportive and figured ways to help me out. Adey was also quite helpful when I came to pick up the bag. It is the Kerrisdale branch's luck to have Ricky and Adey working there.I will not hesitate to refer more of my friends to the Kerrisdale branch! Besides, do not try the West Broadway branch if you do not want bad experiences!
