Bought a mattress here a few weeks ago. Jeff was our salesperson and was incredibly patient, non-judgemental, and zero pressure. He was helpful in discerning between the different types of spring and coil mattresses and really encouraged us to work with what felt comfortable. Lo and behold the mattress was too hard - came back, and he was yet again very helpful in selecting a replacement one under the 100 night guarantee and had the transaction completed and new mattress set up to be delivered in two days. Delivery people were also exceptional with communication and care. All around, a really positive experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the old man sales representative you have but by far the rudest customer service experience I’ve had in the past 10 years was at this store if you’re too old and cranky to work in a public setting, maybe you shouldn’t do it.
I highly recommend you go to another Sleep Country store or better yet go to the brick where you will get someone happy with life and willing to provide you with respect and a good customer service experience.

We bought a headboard and it was missing a piece to assemble it.
On the other hand, one the other hand Tony one of the employees in the store was very professional kind and helpful.
Definitely 5 stars for Tony!

We live near King Ed and Main and found found them very convenient. They helped us find a new mattress and the delivery people were prompt and courteous. Sleep Country is a warm and helpful company about which I have nothing but praise.

The adjustable base I bought smells strongly like chemicals / glue. The smell is so horrible it’s giving me headaches. Sleep Country says that it’s their policy not to accept returns on bases and therefore are offering no solution.

Had a terrible experience with one of their representatives. I walk in the store, no one is to be seen, then a guy shows up a couple mins later reeking like heavy cigarettes. His demeanour and attitude was appalling, I left shaking angry and will never shop here again because of that.

Toni, the sales representative, was great! He was so kind and helpful throughout the process of selecting the perfect pillow for me to take home. The customer service was great as he advised me on the different kinds of pillows and the merits of each kind. The warranty on the products seem great. The pillow has a 2 year warranty and the pillow cases have a 1 year warranty. I would highly recommend this store!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a Sleep Country employee who undoubtedly ranks as the epitome of terrible customer service. From start to finish, my experience with this employee was a masterclass in how NOT to treat customers. But the pinnacle of this horrendous encounter was when I finally decided on a mattress and asked about the delivery process. His replies to my questions were rude and it seemed like all he wanted was the commission from the sale and not to help me out. In the end, I walked out of Sleep Country feeling frustrated, unheard, and genuinely astonished by the level of incompetence displayed by this employee. If you're looking for a shopping experience that leaves you questioning your life choices, by all means, seek out this employee.

I recently bought a mattress for my son from Jeff. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to find exactly the right product. The price was unbelievable and the mattress was available to take home that day. I think my son also had the best sleep ever!

The sales representative there is absolutely awful. Both times I have had to go there I felt like I was bothering him. I bought a mattress and they delivered the wrong one. I had to wait over a week to have it removed and the right one delivered. Then I went in to exchange brand new sheets that had loose threads hanging all out of them and he ignored me and told me to just use them anyways and come back if they fell apart. I will certainly not be spending another cent at sleep country ever again.

I had a terrible experience both times I went to this store recently. The first time, I felt like I was intruding, the salesman was in a bad mood, and short tempered, and I definitely felt unwelcome. Little attempt was made to engage, and he provided reluctant and patronizing service. The second visit (different salesman), it also felt like he wasn't really interested, and again talked down to me as if I was bothering him. Very unpleasant and I recommend you give this store a miss. For a friendly welcome and great service, I went to the Kitsilano store.

Amazing Customer Service from Krish Sharma at the Sleep Country Canada Main Street store in Vancouver. My wife and I purchased a queen-sized mattress about a year ago. Despite our best efforts, It never felt quite right, it was just too firm. We knew we had waited too long to do an exchange and given that, didn't expect any discount at all. But when we went back to find a new mattress, Krish took a sincere interest in our needs. Without being asked, he took his own initiative to research what brand we had years ago, and based on our needs, recommended a Beauty Rest Tide. When the mattress was delivered, we found 3 things. 1/ the Tide mattress is perfect! 2/ They took away our old mattress without any question. 3/ Krish managed to give us a discount on the new mattress, even though we didn't expect it. We were so surprised. I thought I was a loyal customer before but Krish sealed my loyalty. Thank you Krish.
