Silv is a truly exceptional customer service employee. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind in the service he provided to my partner and I. He was also by no means pushy, and even stayed past closing time to ensure all of our needs were met. I could not recommend his service highly enough to any person in search of a new mattress.

I came here because I thought its the best mattress shop in the area since I see it everywhere, but I made a mistake in not reading reviews about it first, I took it for granted that it is a good brand. I was sold a mattress from their certified pre owned section, I was not told that the sale was final. I was told that I can try the mattress and return/exchange later because "No one can know if they like a mattress by just lying at it at the store for 1 min". I tried the twin version of a mattress because they didn't have the queen in store (which I wanted). Upon receiving it, I realized that it is not big enough and I want to upgrade to King. I called customer service and they told me that the certified pre owned mattress sales are final, after I explained that I was not told that (and I have witnesses to prove that), the customer service rep told me that it is written on the invoice but she will get back to me, which she didn't.
The mattress are decent here in terms of quality but do not expect honesty or good customer service. I am new to this country and I assumed all big companies function like Costco or Amazon etc, but this business is not very honest so either you buy from them while being very careful or just buy from a better company like costco, amazon walmart etc (which I regret that I didn't do now)

The correct way is to to extend a contact information in order to resolve this issue, not tell me to contact customer service to complain that customer service didn't do anything in the first place, did you even read my review Melissa :D? It's much easier to copy and paste a bot generated template reply and just changing the name, and it's very easy in my case since my name is 4 letters only and 3 of them are identical so your fingers don't need to travel to much across the keyboard. Either you didn't have your coffee yet or you are bot, or you are a bot who didn't have its coffee yet.

Had purchased a mattress yesterday that was discounted because it was a return. The sales woman who sold it to us spent the whole time talking about how it was one of those mattresses That could move up and down. At no point did she mention that you had to pay for a separate piece other than the mattress that was split in half. I also asked her if I could use any bed frame and she said yes, never even mentioned the second piece I’d need to buy. glad I went back today to double check because she pretty much sold me a mattress that was split in half that didn’t even work without buying a second piece. If I would’ve waited for it to get delivered, it would’ve been nonrefundable. Do your research before listing to sales people because they’ll try to rip you off. Very disappointed.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SLEEP COUNTRY! Garbage return policy, they will put you on hold for hours and NO HELP... Their own employees have given up... I can't return the damaged mattress, their customer number doesn't work, and they will put you on hold forever. So sad. It's a so-called million-dollar company with such poor customer service. Shame.

Our in-store experience with the pillows suggested a softer feel, but the ones we purchased turned out to be uncomfortably firm, leading to persistent neck pain. Regrettably, the store doesn't allow returns for personal items, leaving us dissatisfied with our purchase.

I needed a new bed and base and wanted one with storage under it and they were advertising one so I went in to look at it and even though it was so expensive$489.00 for a pressed sawdust base,I bought it because of the storage and free delivery because I have bad COPD and am unable to carry heavy things three flights of stairs up to my room.I asked the salesman if I needed any special tools to attach the storage bin and he said no it comes all assembled,which I thought was strange,I mean who ships a bed base with the legs and a storage bin already attached but I didn't say anything.I ordered,bought and paid for the base,a mattress and bedding for a total of $1800 way more than I wanted to spend but I thought I'm only going to buy it once so ok.That was Nov 16 and they didn't deliver until the 22nd and then it shows up but without the storage that was the whole reason for buying it.I tried to phone the store but it just goes to voicemail,so I go to the store and the "salesman" tries to tell me there must be some misunderstanding and I said no there wasn't and I want to talk to the manager and he said he won't be in until the next day.Next day I go back,different salesman same line so I go home and phone customer service,they put me on hold for 15 minutes then were very rude and hung up on me,so I filed a complaint with the BBB.The next day I go back and say I will give you one more chance to rectify this or I want to return it all,the salesman said I would have to talk to the manager do finally the next day I go back again and the manager says it isn't his fault and will I take the one off the display model and I said yes.When he finally had it off I said all this kerfuffle and you guys almost losing a $1800 sale over a plastic bin and some plastic flanges and four nuts and bolts to attach it and he said I don't care and I said you should,you are taking people's hard earned money and now you are losing my and my friends future business,yet again he said he didn't care so I just shook my head and left with my stuff,he never apologized or offered anything in recompense for me having to go back 4 times to get what I bought and paid for.

I am giving it two stars because the space is nice; I’ll give it that. But really, we are not impoverished people, and we felt like we’d somehow ended up at the Louis Vuitton’s by mistake. $16,000 (plus tax) for a mattress, seriously? And nothing costing much less than that. If you are not the kind of person who regularly eats caviar, moisturizes with Crème de la Mer, and uses a golden spoon, don’t go there.

I had a disappointing experience at Sleep Country on Grandview Highway. The sales executive misled and misguided me with what seemed like pure sales tactics. I would caution others not to rely on their advice when making a purchase. Honest and transparent customer service should always be a priority.
