First time. I usually go to a raw food store in Surrey but this was SO much better as it wasn't just food but treats, supplements, equipment, beds etc
The staff was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good selection for my allergy dogs.
Great prices and excellent customer service.

The Best!!
We get deliveries from Janet and Brian every two weeks, and Janet always comes to our door with a big smile on her face to deliver our food. They always gives us notice on what time they will arrive and even when pouring rain is so lovely and in such good spirits.
We love this company!
When our dog first came to us, she would hardly eat, she would leave half her meal, we would try cooking for her and she wouldn't finish her meal. Then we started on Simply Raw and she scoffs down her food.
We highly recommend this Simply Raw!!

I have been shopping with Simply Natural for nearly 10 years now. Caroline and Charmaine are both incredibly knowledgeable and work together with dog owners to ensure all their pet's needs are met. They have quality food options no matter how you decide to feed your pets (raw, wet, kibble) and have really great toy and supplement options. I consider them my allies in keeping my dogs healthy and happy.

I have been shopping at simply natural for about 5 years ever since I did puppy classes there with my border collie. The store has many amazing products that I couldn’t find anywhere else and they have top of the line raw dog foods and supplements. They also carry dog toys treats, dog leashes and harnesses and make sure that they have current good quality products. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable and have been amazing! They have helped me with my dogs nutrition and health and they actually deliver our dog food to our house every two weeks. I can’t say enough good things about Simply Natural!!

This is the best decision we ever made for our dogs. I have had seven dogs over the last 30 years and I can say with absolute certainty, that the two dogs we have now, a Puggle and a Pitbull are the healthiest dogs we've ever had! It is 100% because of Simply Raw dog food. Our dogs go crazy when we pull it out of the freezer. Our puggle is jumping around barking at the top of his lungs because he's so excited! And anyone out there with finicky dogs like our puggle, who would throw up Raw food every time, you need to keep it 80% Frozen. We take ours out the night before and put it in the fridge and then in the morning it's ready to go. Or we take it out in the morning, (hopefully without them noticing) and put it on the counter for an hour to let it thaw out of it. Then we put it on a cutting board and use a big kitchen knife to cut it into smaller squares. No more throwing up! Our dogs are faster, healthier, and much quicker with their thinking process. The difference is unbelievable! Get your dogs on this immediately, especially if they are older or have any kind of skin or health issues. You won't regret it! And stop feeding them human food from your plate. Absolute poison.

Consider me and everyone I tell OUT"Stanley, I shop at Simply Natural a few times a week and have been for years. Plus, I have delivered food for them, which required me parking in the back and loading my car with several hundred pounds of frozen food. I recently had a heart attack and was diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm, which means I can't lift or carry heavy things. I drove past the back of Simply Natural several times hoping to get a parking spot and noticed you in your car, taking up two of the available parking spaces, working on your computer. Not being able to park nearby, I had to go home empty-handed and my dog went hungry that night. If I'd carried food home by myself I could have died. Would you like that on your conscience? I don't think so. I would appreciate you being more considerate of others in the future. And P.S. nobody at the store is rude, you must have REALLY provoked them.

I went to here and got a mushroom toy i asked if it was strong she said yes and her dog didnt break it but it broke after a few weeks for my dog so 2star review the other times we went shopping for toys/food it was ok though

Several times at this store, the lady at the checkout counter would have a warm and lingering conversation with the customer in front of me, then process my transaction without so much as a “hello” or a “how are you?” I’ve always volunteered a friendly greeting and tried to start a conversation, but she always responds with the bare minimum, followed by silence for the rest of the transaction. Perhaps she has comfortable relationships with her returning customers and little interest in welcoming newcomers. Nothing explicitly rude or discriminatory, but I think I will be taking my business to the store down the street.

The staff here are always very kind and knowledgeable. They've recommended products that have helped my elderly cat quite a bit. They have a wide range of products for a reasonable price.

Extremely knowledgeable and very nice, I drove from Richmond to go here. I have two sensitive French bulldogs and they were extremely helpful and took the time to explain multiple pros and cons of everything and wanted to help. Highly recommend! Super friendly!

Their products and customer services are best of the best in the city. They are helpful to give advance on diet and supplements on your dog and cats. My German Shepherds love their foods!!
