The pharmacists have been very helpful and kind when my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy, when I needed certain vaccinations for work and when my child needed an emergency refill when her doctor’s office was closed.

loblaws is their parent company. This is unfortunately not a local neighbourhood pharmacy. I would move your prescriptions elsewhere.

The team here is absolutely the best. I've been going to them for over a decade and they consistently impress me with their knowledge, patience and care. They're not just filling a prescription, they actually take the time to explain everything you need to know, ask questions, and just overall make you feel supported in your health journey. It's a small but very mighty pharmacy, and such a wonderful part of the Commercial Drive community.

I have gone here for my prescriptions for over 20 years. I have move and started at another shoppers. Calling back to ask a question about my drug history received an extremely rude response. Happy I switched in time before they switch their staff. Find a different friendly pharmacy in the area better worth you time and money.

Can’t believe I’m writing a review for a pharmacy, but this crew deserves it.This is not your average Shopper’s Drug Mart. It’s not even your average pharmacy.On multiple occasions, the staff here have gone above and beyond to provide the best service/product for me.It really does feel like a local, neighbourhood business, like something from the past (but with ALL the modern conveniences).If you’ve got a prescription to fill, consider filling it here, and grab yourself a bite from one of the fabulous restaurants nearby while you wait.The best.

The best pharmacist in Canada. Caring, professional and he has very kind and understanding eyes. I'm an immigrant and didnt know how to start with MSP card and he explained to me everything step by step. And anytime I need a medicine i go only to this pharmacy because HE IS THE BEST. THANK YOU
