entered this shop after looking into the store window with my sister and did not imagine i would actually walk out with something! both sales girls were very helpful, friendly, and engaged. the shoes sold here are great quality (i was happy to hear they are genuine leather) and priced reasonably! so excited to take my shoes home with me and recommend this shop to anyone seeking a cool shoe store in Vancouver!!

I visited this store on September 12 and have been meaning to write a review since then to say what a nice experience it was. I have never reviewed a shoe store before but this was exceptional service and a great product.
I saw a pair of loafers in the window which I wound up buying, but tried on several other pairs before going with my original instinct. The saleswoman was helping someone when I came in and they were taking their time, it was clearly a meaningful interaction and so I didn't mind waiting as I was the only other person in the store.
She gave me her undivided attention and really made me feel cared for, she clearly enjoys her job and is very good at it. She was also very knowledgeable about the shoe (Vionic "Cheryl" loafer) and told me about its design (by a podiatrist) and arch support. I learned something about my feet too which I didn't expect.
Anyway I have been wearing the shoes a lot since then and they're great shoes. She gave me so many suggestions to make things work for me and was just so helpful and really engaged, I wish I had gotten her name so I could include it in the review! (I visited the store on Thursday September 12 at 12:30pm.) Thanks for the great shoes and the outstanding service, I will look forward to returning to this store.

Had the best customer service ever from a young woman with long dark hair and a colourful sweater this afternoon(Saturday, Jan 27)!! She was so helpful and friendly and even brought me a pair of boots in my size without me asking because she noticed me pick one up. I was wowed!!! And bought the boots. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

Had a lovely experience here over the past couple of visits, hunting for comfortable, dressy shoes for a wedding. The 3 staff I met were very helpful and I really appreciated their honest feedback on styles. I found a perfect pair for my outfit. :)

On my last visit Jan. 16,2023. I didn’t find the sales staff very knowledgeable or helpful. Which was disappointing because other times with other staff I had a very good experience. Also there selection of Vionic shoes was quite limited. That being what I specifically went there for.

My sister was looking for some comfortable work shoes yesterday, so she decided to check this store out. It was around 5pm. The 2 sales associates were happily chatting away with each other, not once acknowledging her or offering to assist. A young white lady walked in shortly after and was quickly approached by BOTH associates. My sister dropped the shoe she was looking at and left, feeling terrible. Was it her ethnicity or her casual attire that warranted the neglect? These should never be the case. She ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes at Miz Mooz across the street who were very warm and caring about her needs. Our family will not be coming here again.

I love this store and all the people working here! You will always find the best European made footwear, unique shoes, and all with real leather. I broke a toe and had to find good sturdy footwear, great quality a must. I walked in and was out in 10 minutes with a pair of shoes that is right for me at this time...I cannot wait to return and go mad shopping for fall shoes!
