It’s all about the convenience and service. I booked a thorough wash for the very next day, it was quick and easy. The technician worked with me to ensure I had the right package and add-ons, which I wanted. One drawback to nature is the mess it leaves on my car but Balbir did a great job cleaning the ecosphere growing off the nooks and crannies. Sadly won’t last long given where I have to park but he also helped me get my car cover back on and managed to get an ink stain out of my car seat. Very pleased with this service, they even carry their own water supply if you don’t have easy access to a tap.

Get ready for a rant. This was the worst service I’ve experienced. Absolutely do not recommend. You would expect great service, communication, and quality for the price they ask, but what they delivered was merely mediocre and honestly, enraging. I’m here hoping to prevent someone from going through what I went through. Here’s how my experience went: I texted the number, from which I had been receiving updates and confirmations, to ask where should I meet them, to what they replied that I should get a text from the technician when they were on their way and when they arrived. It was already 10:05am, (5min past the time of the appointment), when the technician texted that he was on his way and that he would be 15-20 minutes late. He arrived 10:30am, and even though I was trying to be patient because it can happen to anyone, things kept piling up, and he appeared confused as if I had to guide him. It was my first (and last) time hiring the service. 2 hours pass by, I get a text that the car is ready, so I head back to find out that the mats were still wet and were placed inside on the carpet, which was also now wet. I pointed it out and he said that just the mats were wet, to what I explained that if the mats are wet, then the carpet would also get wet, and even if it were just the top of the mats which were wet, my car would have a humidity smell pretty quickly if left wet. He offered to dry one mat with a paper towel and that was it. I was so tired that I just asked to pay and when he left I had to pull all the mats out so that they could dry with the sun (thankfully there was sun!), and turned on my AC and opened all the doors so that the wet carpet could dry. It took an hour to dry everything.
So, more than the helpful experience/service that I was hoping for, it was super stressful, super expensive, and super not worth it. The worst part is that the car wasn’t even entirely clean by the end haha. And yeah, I’m being picky because for $250, I shouldn’t have to pay for the guys parking, spend an hour drying my mats and carpet, and have parts of my car that were not washed.

I made an appointment the day before and they showed up on time. Dilber was excellent as he was very patient and thorough with our Acura MDX. We have two children and he somehow managed to clean areas I didn’t think were possible. Very happy and will use again.

Our car looks brand new! The Shiny technician came to our house and detailed our car immaculately. As with any house call, the scheduling requires a bit of attention but after that it was smooth sailing. I’d definitely call Shiny again! Highly recommend
